I've been researching a list of Prep Centers in tax free states. It's exhaustive. I'm not sure what is good though in terms of fees etc. I just know I'll definitely need one. :I hope you get to see me on my journey to success. :-)

You have to ungate the products on your own. The prep center is just that, a “prep center”. They prepare products to ship for your customers.
The prep center just does the prepping! You have to get ungated in all the products you are trying to sell before selling them.

I saw from a tutorial video that I can actually have and FBA Online Arbitrage business US store with US marketplace and have my items sent (from supplier like walmart to amazon) without me being physically present in US with the use of prep centers. What is the ideal sales per month against the number fba sellers?
you said I don't need an LLC by any means, so how do I set up an actual business? while setting everything up it ask for the business information on Amazon.. how would I go about getting a business registration number for the application if I don't need an LLC? I don't want to just type in a random number and then that come back and be the reason that my application gets denied.

What business type do I select whenever I’m setting my Amazon seller account up and it asks my business type between private, individual, etc. Says it cannot be changed later.

Under 100k is great, pretty much everything you’ll want to have under 150-175k though, some winners in that higher range

Do you know if this a pursue-able thing in Ireland. As Ireland has its own Amazon domestically. I doubt there is much sale performance and not sure if there are any fba warehouses. What you think my options are can I maybe register in the uk ?

You can actually start with a domestic company. When you sell over $10k a month, you will need insurance, and that's when you need an LLC and an EIN. That's how I did it from Sweden
Can I buy from retail store rather than online like Walmart Costco and others cause I see so many products buy one get one free I want to do that
What about the sales tax when buying from suppliers, Is included on the total cost computation?
If you do FBA, get a Prep Center in a state with no general statewide sales tax, mine is in Oregon. When you add the prep center address as shipping address the store will not add sales tax.

I heard amazon canceled the small and light program a few months ago. Is that not correct?
They did, it's bascially the same fees for items under $10 though, similar program. Automatically enrolled if they qualify
What happens when one of the products you bought to resell on Amazon goes out of stock and you don't have anymore to restock with? Do you remove the listing? Are there charges for going out of stock on amazon? Does it hurt your ratings/standing?

Yes, remove the listing if it's not replenishable, to avoid IP complaints. It doesn't hurt you IPI. It doesn't cost you anything to go OOS.
How do you deal with returns as far as hurting your bottom line? Is it just a loss on your taxes?

How do you avoid order cancels doing OA is hard nowadays because lots of cancelled order you can’t buy more then 5 literally. Is it because I have different billing n shipping address they think I’m resaling
Depends on the site. Some things that help are PayPal checkout, virtual cards, and address jigging. But if they are still cancelling everything I just move to a site that wants my money
Only risk is getting suspended since we don’t have any brand authorized letter

$492,000 sales with actual profit 80k? That's 16%.. Throw in other expenses and costs that would come down to much lower... you got warehouse rent, workers salary, advertising marketing, etc etc.. how profitable is that really
Have you ran many businesses before? 16% is way higher than most run at. No warehouse, advertising spend, or anything like that with Amazon. Just product costs and shipping
