One month ago suddenly the camera did not connect to wifi network....already tried reset few times still unsuccessful. Very frustrating
can i record on NVR And SD both at same time?

Hello there, you can use PoE or use the provided power adapter depending on your installation requirements.
Can you manage this through the Tapo app? I have the Tapo app and I don't want to install another app just for this.
Hello there, our VIGI cameras is a different series of product and unfortunately it doesn't work with the Tapo app.

Vigi app is very slow and unstable connection . NVR frequently offline. Slow slow slow slow. I have purchased and very disappointed. I will post the comment on every post until you make the app load faster and stable or obsolete this product line.

I have the same concern. I have 4 tapo cctv cams and the tapo app is more user friendly.
@@AaronLevs Tapo is generally used for home purpose cameras names as TAPO xxxx, but for small office and industries segment TP Link named in VIGI app. Hope that helps
