Honestly it makes sense that William Afton is able to teach the class, especially from the fact that in the actual fnaf storyline, he was a full degree engineer therefore a genius in other subjects.

Knowing how today's generation is right now, Springtrap could probably pull off the teacher stuff. So many people like him and don't find him scary that he could do it with high school/college students and be just fine. The only thing is that he can't keep killing people.
