It’s fitting for his character and his power. It’s essentially as powerful, fast, and unstoppable as a full powered train. It’s cool to marvel at as it passes by, but it’s something you never want to get in the way of. Such a great way to display the raw power of A-Train’s superspeed.
A-Train’s actor is really fucking good. He really sells the tf out of that role. A lot of superhero characters in movies can feel really contrived because I imagine it’s hard for an actor to really understand the plights of someone with super human abilities. But this show just gets it so right. And A-Train, in particular, is so good at selling the role. Not to mention Homelander. Between the two of them, it really brings the show to life. A lot of other amazing actors too, but those two really seem to be engrossed in their characters when they’re on screen.
A-train is probably my favorite of the 7 in terms of being a side character who has throughly interesting side plots to the main story with butcher and homelander. There’s so much going on with this character across the entirety of the show I really like how they’re able to use him to cover a broad array of topics. I’m also really interested to see if Hughie ultimately kills him later like he does in the comic, I’m thinking he will but I’m not sure how they’re going to get Hughie to that point.
The boys is like the perfect show for me, they changed it and did what they wanted but I still feel like its true to the original storyline and so many runaway performances

Compound V when given to babies it can make them develop super powers, when given to a super hero again (like A-train here) it will enhance there ability like steroids, A Train takes it because he wants to remain the fastest super hero as other speedsters are catching up to him.
I love the sound effects in this show,A lot of the sound effects are amazing like homelander's laser, starlight beams and of course A train running but the one tops them all is when suddenly while you are barely breathing nervous you hear that sound barrier being broken and you see a flying Man and it's The Homelander, Nothing I've ever seen gives the same feeling.
I like how they're reactions are just a bit late. Shows how fast he really is. He checked the whole house before they even had a chance to notice he was gone. 😂
I kinda like how they’re handling A-train. I want him to come to his senses and switch sides, but they’re really taking their time with it which makes it both more rewarding and also more realistic. Honestly he’s one of if not the most compelling character right now
I like how creative they were in the earlier seasons, like the humans had to fight an uphill battle. I know the quality of the show is still there, but it’s just lost a specific key aspect that I really enjoyed..
Atrain now in s4 just seems like the only chance to have a super hero yk he is tired of faking it and he genuinely has like the strongest power, and maybe that new heart can keep him on the top ropes for years to come
