This is a wonderful recipe Chef. I ve tried it and it tastes really flavorful. My family loves your videos, you explain very well what needs to be done and why.
One request: Can you do a video on hotel style basic gravy? Any south Indian hotel mother gravy would be nice. There are many north Indian Gravies available, but not any TN basic gravy. I am sure your Gravy will be fantastic:)
