Jabbar Anna , i am your fan. we tried your Briyani method. it came out really good. one suggestion, Please avoid plastic vessels OR atleast with hot foods and while approaching hot surfaces.Also i understand it will be difficult to replace Aluminium, Non-stick vessel for you. Rest all excellent anna. Great Job, Good luck.
