I guessed that Bowie would be number 1. I sometimes wonder what happened to him/her. I hope he/she managed to survive after you put him/her back in the sea. That lobster for number 2 was an absolutely giant! I would love to know what is the largest they can get to. Bowie has got to be my favourite of all your catches Jacob. Thanks for today's video. I think it would be cool to see you set giant traps, just to catch a giant lobsters (for show) since the really big lobsters can't fit in the regular traps. Would be an interesting study.
I figured Bowie would make the top ten & even top spot. I also thought that the NYE experience would make the list as well. I know that it was miserable for the 3 of you, but it was also very interesting to see (Who would've thought to cook Jiffy Pop & then steak inside there? 😆). We visited in 1991. I had the best time. I am a lobster lover.
Every day I had lobster!! I had never had a lobster roll before. I was in heaven!! Maine is a beautiful state! I’d live to live there on the coast. I’d eat lobster every day!!

The Sea Spiders are also called Pycnogonids because they belong to the class Pycnogonida. Learned that from Lindsay Nikole (great YTer that does animals videos, strong recommend for anyone who likes learning about modern and prehistoric wildlife) a colab between you two seems like it would be a super funny and informative vid. This was a great video, I missed 2 of the episodes simply because there isn't enough time in the day to do ( watch ) everything I want.
I had the #1 nailed, it wasn't that hard to guess.
Michigan's been in 0 -subzero temps the last few days, We might actually get to do some ice fishing this year. Last time I went was a few years ago and the medium sized lake I was at had 22" of ice.
Then we got a few winters that kept messing up the few inches of ice on the smaller lakes, the medium and large lakes were even worse.

Jacob... Before I moved to Colorado (1000 mi. to the ocean), I lived in the northeast; last vacation, we spent a week in Maine eating at lobster pounds every night!

I first saw this guy randomly on my for you page in a short, and even though I live 100-200 miles from the nearest ocean this channel is so interesting to me, I actually wouldn’t mind being a commercial fisherman, I fish recreationally at home and I know it’s not the same at all but I would do it to try it if given the chance.
