this video shows how to get the maximum reliability and performance from the cheap BIRFC board, moreover you can get also information aimed at building a new board's version by yourself just buying the power MOSFETs apart and IC's commonly available on market.

In this part the Circuit is tested showing its effectiveness, the MOSFET's remains always cold, if they are driven properly 8 pieces might be oversized. No Heatsink is needed !!!
