    In today's video, we're diving into the art of making the perfect chocolate ganache.
    you're a seasoned baker or just starting out, this simple and delicious recipe is a must-try for all chocolate lovers.
    Ingredients:
    DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE :
    100g dark chocolate
    100ml heavy cream
    MILK CHOCOLATE GANACHE
    150g milk chocolate
    100g heavy cream
    WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
    200g white Chocolate
    100ml heavy cream
    Instructions:
    chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
    In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 5 minute.Stir the mixture gently until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
    Let it cool to room temperature before using it as a frosting, filling, or glaze.
    Tips:
    For a richer ganache, use a higher percentage of cocoa in your dark chocolate.
    Adjust the cream-to-chocolate ratio for different consistencies. More cream will make it thinner, and more chocolate will make it thicker.
    Experiment with adding flavors like vanilla, coffee, or liqueurs to customize your ganache.
