- This week, H Jon Benjamin, the voice of Sterling Archer himself, joins us to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. We're appropriately recreating one of Archer's many cocktails of choice: the classic margarita. A seemingly simple drink until you try to make one without doing your research in front of an audience of millions, the margarita can be taken to soaring highs or devastating lows with five simple ingredients and a cocktail shaker. I think he meant he hasn't been the interviewer with a celebrity. Babish was on Jon's show so he was the one being interviewed sort of.

same thing happened to me the 1st time i heard his voice and then seen him. and then when he started doing the Arby's commercials, i thought that was seriously awesome.

I can’t remember the last time “I’ll be here all week” was actually funny. Well played, guy who voices one out of five characters in all adult cartoons.

Using your DSLR as a webcam often requires you to get a secondary piece of gear that takes the HDMI video feed and converts it to USB.

internet calls destroy the quality anyway, wouldn't matter how good your camera was after zoom ruined it
@@WilfNelson1 Gavin Free recently used his 100k plus Phantom camera as a webcam to pretty hilarious results. His web call did turn out pretty crisp though.
@@matta8508 Not saying Babish had to do this or that it, in any way, takes away from the quality of the video, but a lot of this "x from home" quarantine stuff that gets uploaded to CZcams is recorded on two or more cameras. One for the call/stream/etc, one high quality one for later processing/editing. This is why some videos are in amazing quality despite it being a zoom or Skype call.

When I worked at a movie theater, the bar spoon was called “the swizzle spoon,” which I think is a superior name
Probably came from the swizzle stick, another drink stirring utensil.
Way better name than bar spoon.
Swizzle stick is a different tool entirely. Meant more for tikki drinks served over crushed or pebbled ice.

The Bob's Burgers episode was what brought me to this channel back in 2017. This one really feels special to me, I can't believe this channel has come so far
As a bartender, Archer’s rage brought me much peace.
I felt so much rage when he stirred the sour mix and tequila, and I had to take a moment to figure out whether I was mad about using the mix, the fact that he's stirring, or his wangjangly stirring technique.
as someone who finally nailed the margarita i can say the ice and the shaking are both very very important and i wish i knew sooner that they weren't just optional

Basil, Bay Laurel, Chives, Cilantro, Dill, Fennel, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Mint, Parsley, Oregano(Greek), Rosemary, Sage, Terragon(French), and Thyme; are most of what will be used in Western Cooking.

It's also a bit different doing it remotely though, the host is much more in the driver seat and responsible for pushing the direction of the episode. He's worked with other celebrities and youtubers before but when it's in person it's an easier collaboration.
