    Excellent recipes, Thanks You Yatinder for doing what you do, by making such informative videos , I'm on my way to buy Oats now....Oats Chilla would be my favourite.....I hv been only eating masala oats,that too with veggies like green peas, capsicum and onions, but with this recipe of Chilla I can eat with the regular/plain oats...

    You have to add tomato sauce(natural) or homemade instead of using artificial tomato sauce because it contains sugar and so processed in factories.

      I am agree with you but many single drops makes a river, similarly little efforts can make your body faster. And sauce is never healthy, it contains sugar which spikes your insulin and also harmful chemicals are added to make it taste better. So please sauce can't be considered healthy.
