Hi, i bought the 4.0 version and the screen is stretched for android auto. My info system is a 10.25" kia sonnet GTx. Any idea on optimum resolution to choose and dpi setting?

Nicely explained. Though for me it was already updated, there are lots of other configurations I would like to understand about. Didn't touch them, as had no idea. But I changed the name of Bluetooth and WiFi names, to help easily identy in the list next time.
On a separate note, the device renders blank screen at times. When I enter in the car and I have to reconnect the usb to display android auto to car screen.

It will work in that way only!
If you buy Carlinkit 5.0
Then in that device when you connect Android auto, then it will show Android auto
And if you connect Apple CarPlay, it will show some carplay!

The weather alerts or jiosaavn on our mg car's infotainment system won't start up when the car is turned on, but they will once the carplay adaptor is removed from the vehicle. Is it possible that connecting the wifi and bluetooth through CarPlay is causing this issue? Can you sort it out, bro?

I know that when we connect via CarPlay, we don't really pay attention to the Internet in the car, but it would be wonderful if they both worked. I notice that songs sound clearer and have more bass when played from Jiosaavn. So, after unplugging the carplay connector and restarting the infotainment system by hitting home, everything returns to normal and I can use carplay as well. Therefore, it would be wonderful if you could resolve this problem, bro.
bro one suggestion please make videos on how to unlock secret feature in MG Astor & Hector via OBD port just like in VW cars and how to access engineering mode in MG Hector becuz we dont have these videos anywhere over the internet so pleaseee
Bro we have been trying this from many months! Unlocking is not being any advantage as it used to happen in Kia and Hyundai!

In Kia after unlocking you can even turn on wireless Android auto and Apple car play but in MG ASTOR there is nothing to unlock unfortunately
Hello, thank you for your informative video. My issue is that the map has a lag of 3 to 5 seconds, causing me to miss turns because it responds at the last moment. According to the process, it should update at least 30 seconds before the turn, but it's showing the information exactly at the turning point. I'm not sure where I'm missing the route. I found a solution! I made some adjustments to the settings while connected to the device from my phone. I don't recall the exact steps, but I can provide you with the details in two days as I don't currently have the device with me.

I brought carlitTbox AR dash cam 1 month back for my mg zs ev . It was working for 15 days but after that it stop working. Sometimes there is no light on device and sometimes there is light but on my system no Android auto or nothing on screen. This happened for 1 month . I have complain many times they advice me to brought USB power supply box from there site .. I order that but the problem still persist. Please help me what to do . Hi I am trying to update the device but it keeps giving me the same msg turn off WiFi and use data ,, though when I first time I connected it showed me the latest interface only. I just wanted to know whether is there any new update available or not. As shown in ur video after update there was another new update available. So i was just trying to check that but constantly gives me the same msg, turn off wifi and use data. I did turn off the wifi but no use.

I have bought this carlinkit 4.0. Initially it got connected to my Safari XT+ but now it is not getting connected. Sometimes it automatically gets comnected but most of the times it says" Device not supported". I have updated the software and sent the error report as directed

Actually you can do in the car as well.. But i am sure you don't want to turn on thr car ignition and waste gas so i recommended to take the device in the car, power with laptop and update the same!!

Hello, I have a T-Plus Box (4G+64GB, Android 11), whenever it connects to WiFi via hotspot it crashes and restarts. It only works after several attempts. With the SIM card it has to reboot constantly. Could you help me please? I have also tried other AI boxes, unfortunately they all have the same problem.

Did not work in my case .. I kept getting Disconnect Wi-Fi and download using connection message .
Fixed this by using Firefox instead of chrome
Note that updates are incremental so you need to update several times to get the latest one
