as motto is , if there's a flat surface, it will attract stuff. but i have made it a habit, i do a glance and put things away or trash while coffee is percolating. ☕☕☕

I really like your idea of turning the hangers backwards to learn what you do wear and what you don't wear. I'll do this next time I clean out my closet. Soon.

Yes, girl! Be ruthless! LOL...I would suggest putting those boots in the 6months-1 year closet where you stored your other items after your kitchen declutter. That way they stay somewhere you'll be reminded you have them

You might want to grab some of those velvet hangars. I have plus size tops and dresses, and they don't slip off anymore.
I have been thinking about that but hate to invest the money. I may have a DIY solution 😉

I have a small closet I share with my husband. I organized it last week and had a large laundry bag for donation. I have a curtain but I think I’m getting my husband to put up a barn door.
That is awesome! Great job! I hate having the curtain but for now it works. A barn door will be so nice for you. I love the look of them. 💜🩵
Demasiado trabajo, imagina si tubieras que mudarte de casa ahora mismo. Ahora que termines y este mas desahogada y Fresca tu casa no vallas en diciembre a comprar mil adornos o tras cosas sabiendo que tienes mas espadio. Yo uso la Reglan de 3 cuando entra algo nuevo a la casa salen 3

Estoy de acuerdo con las vacaciones y con no comprar más y más decoración. Aunque cuando llegue Navidad decidiré qué amo y el resto lo regalaré.

The only I'll say is I don't think I'd donate that nice little white wire shelf. So it doesn't work in the bedroom I'm positive you can find another use somewhere else in the house. I save all those shelves & have not regretted it. They may sit in the garage for awhile but when it comes to where I'll need one I always have them.😊
How funny. I gave it a second thought and I did take it back out. The next declutter is the bathroom and you will see it pop back up there.

Adulting is exhausting and never ends in all its different forms. I miss being a kid.

I use to be the same with leggings, however, things changed and now I wear leggings as street clothes.
My ocd goes nuts if I move my hangers around.
Last summer I got into wearing dresses. This season I’m into wearing skorts.
Just recently I started separating my paper/cardboard from my regular trash. Where I live there’s not a separate trash pick up for recycling so I take my recycling to my school.
I should have made more clear. I don't wear them as street clothes because I don't like how they look on me. It's a me thing very much not a no one should thing.
I like dresses but feel self conscious wearing them.
I may see if that is something the school here does and if they would allow that. Thanks.
@@lovemrs.g I’m the same way. When I had no clothes that fit and I didn’t know what size I was all I wore was leggings. I totally didn’t like myself or enjoyed being in the state I was in. Now I feel okay and beautiful in the state I’m in. Though I’m embarrassing myself, I’m trying to improve myself health and reduce my weight. I’ve been where I’m at for a few years now.

yes, we have recycling here. pain in the hiney. is this allowed is that allow...🤯and 4 times a yr we can call 3 days ahead for bulky item trash at no charge like..broken furniture. + we have every 6 months bulky item added to trash day. that part is nice. keeps our property clean.
I wish they did city trash here but it is a small community so we pay for trash removal. They take big items but you are charged. It's wonderful there is no charge for you. That is a huge plus.
When I declutter my husband hates it cause he says he can’t find anything. He the type that puts everything on his be surface and doesn’t move it cause it’s easier for him to get to, instead of having a place for it🤦🏻♀️
I totally get that. Hubby has some sort of system going that I do not comprehend . I mostly just let him be with it. Whatever works right...? 😂🤣
