Thanks for this tip. I went straight to Amazon and placed my order for the pad!
Awesome 😎😎😎😎 no prob
ISOPROPYL for the win. Poor man's SAP remover.
Yes . . . this does seem to work well on little berry bush drippings . . . but that's very different than big ole dried-on tree sap droppings that tend to get quite goopy as you start to loosen them up. I just did my whole car (5+ yrs of Douglas Fir drippings) with 91% IPA and lots of elbow greese . . . followed by a good coat of carnuba creme wax. Took 3 days . . but got good results. Had previously tried 70% IPA with NO results. I had also tried Goo-Gone also with NO results.
Goof off works , just gently apply
Magic Eraser works effortlessly!!!
I haven't tried that. Would be worried those would scratch the paint
@@kiffersplace2326 ....No it (magic eraser) will not scratch the paint at all. Just make sure you wet the surface and the eraser and gently rub....I promise it will not scratch the paint.
definitely damages paint. just because you can't see it with your eyes doesn't mean you have not scratched it.
isopropyl alcohol or acetone from home depot or "wipe" by 3D.
@@jonbravo9278 Wont acetone "eat" the clear coat?
All I can say is without polishing after this guys paint is swirled BAD
70% iso alcohol ...cost me 5$. Just did the entire front end of my truck. Much easier then the degreaser i bought from autozone.
No damage to the clear coat?
Ok for black cars?
Yes it doesn't matter the color of the car the method will still work. Most of all cars are clear coated.
