Joe Sinnott's inking complimented the artist pencils without overpowering it. He also worked beautifully with John Buscema when the FF run is in the early 100s. Great video.

Sinnott is definitely one of the all time great inkers, I look forward to seeing more of his work in omnibus format when volume 4 is released! Thanks for watching!

Thanks again for a great review! I look forward to getting this volume asap cuz I really want to read the Galactus/Silver Surfer Trilogy! I also would love to read the classic origin of Dr. 'Doom and I've heard great things, no pun intended about the This Man, This Monster!

It's a great book, full of classics like the ones you mentioned plus more! This Man, This Monster is probably one of the best single issue stories ever, in my opinion at least

The "Gargoyle"? That's Dragon Man. Stan and Jack are rolling over in their graves.

Maybe the spine change is a sales tactic for all the collectors out there that appear to have just the right touch of OCD. This way when the next wave of reprints come around the books will sell to both new collectors and those that feel they have to have replacement copies to get matching spines. Evil genius? Or maybe it was a mistake. Or a decision made by a new hire that didn't bother to look at the spine design of previous volumes.

Could potentially be any one of or a mixture of these, all I know is it's a baffling design change and whilst I don't absolutely hate it like some people do, I definitely prefer the original style and wish it hadn't been changed
