  • Managing depression is easier with a strong support system by your side. This team can be built from a variety of people, including those who have and haven't experienced depression themselves. Having at least one teammate who has battled depression can be especially helpful. They can offer a unique level of understanding, reduce feelings of isolation by sharing their story, and inspire you with their own successful recovery journey. They can also create a safe space for you to express difficult emotions. Building your team involves identifying people who can offer different kinds of support, whether it's a listening ear, practical help with errands, or simply companionship. Remember to be clear and specific when requesting help, framing it as something you'd appreciate rather than a demand. While you're in charge of your recovery, even those who haven't had depression can be valuable teammates. Educate them about your challenges and be patient with their understanding. They can still offer practical help, emotional support, and companionship. By openly communicating your needs and making specific requests for help, you can empower those who care about you to be active participants in your recovery journey. You don't have to walk this path alone.

@@DrRamiNader Yes Sir, and still at it! I have panic disorder and have a pretty good handle on it. However, your presentation really makes me think, "hmmm, yes! I have felt similar after almost being in a car accident." 🤯

Hello Sir, I don't have a depression issue but want to ask from you that may I get an opportunity to work with you as a thumbnail designer and video editor?
