Spin Shoes - What cleat do I need?

There are two basic spin shoes. One uses a SPD cleat, and the other uses Delta cleats.
Shoes that use the SPD cleat are also called mountain biking shoes.
Shoes that use the Delta cleat are also called road shoes.
Come into the shop and we will figure out which one works for you!

Can delta cleat be used on indoor spin bikes?

I've seen cable ties. And Velcro used. Prob cheaper 😆
