Hmm not sure on this one from you Uti mate! I know you cited a few sources in this video but I’m not sure they’re all reliable and it sounds like the guy has been through a lot… I know he’s not a saint but I think given his circumstances it’s best to just not comment. Just my view anyway
Just another player to add to the list who self implode and flush their careers down the toilet. Get a real job like the supporters who pay your wages have and see how shit life really can be.
Lad has been through a lot, so I won’t comment on his personal life or character. But from a purely footballing perspective, I always felt Dele was overhyped. Classic case of a decent player with exceptional instincts and a great team built for his style…. Technically he was never going to be an elite player but people underestimate attributes like movement/positional awareness and composure, which he was brilliant at. Anyway, I think in general we should just be less negative about players not performing as they perhaps ‘should’ and just encourage. (Will never happen of course…)
