It's Ryan and his life🎉 Thoght about property searches with you while watching Billy's carpenter friend, Sean, filming his son's property pitch. You should partner up. I think you could add a valuable video tour service to his real-estate business. House #2 is a bargain compared to where I am. Love it. Love seeing you out with your dad.
A most enjoyable little video to watch on a Sunday afternoon in California. I love the way you and your Dad interact. I miss mine, so thanks for sharing yours👍
Twelve days. It's been twelve days since your last splendid video. You lead a busy life! So fun to see you and your Dad house hunting. The second house seems to be the most popular. It's a nice one! Cheers. 🙂
Terrific video, Ryan. Loved the tour with you dad! He was really enjoying himself, and was encouraging you to find a place of your own! Of the properties you viewed, #2 had the most appeal in my opinion. Glad you are out travelling. We love when you pop in and out with another peak at where you are👏🏻🥰
Lovely drive with your Dad Ryan. Thank you for sharing it. You will know the house for you when you find it, nothing will stop you from buying it. Happy house hunting!
I loved the second property. It was just enough to keep maintained. Love your Dad’s accent the way he said “That’s proper Ole French in there” he’s a Classic ❤
Ryan, great to see you again! Lovely ride about with your dad. Loved all the villages and most definitely loved that third property. It was really grand. Thank you so much Ryan with my dad.💜🫶🤗😘🦔 🇺🇸
Check out the house Sean had out yesterday. I think you could do so much with it. Nice to see you back and to see you dad. I liked the last two houses but both are out of my budget.
I think the big living space of the last house, the Maison de Maître, is maybe due to the two little guards houses at each side of the entrance of the court which are indeed included in the property.
Love, love the road trip. Having your dad along was fun to watch. You are a wonderful person and so much fun to watch. Keep up the good work, can't wait for the next one. 😍😃
I cant help but think that my dad travelled this countryside extensively in the mid 1940's. With the 4th Armoured Division I might also add. Beautiful. Cheers Terry
I loved the second one the most. The grounds and open layout were lovely to me. Very welcoming. Your dad seemed in an excellent mood; it was a joy to hear him happy and inclined to share his thoughts.
Hello Ryan 👋 🤩 from North Carolina ! I really enjoy these 'house hunting ' videos 📹! Maybe that was a fountain ⛲️ in the garden? Your Dad is such a joy to see! Glad you spend time together. 🙏🏻🕊💝🌟
Your video shows one of the things we’ve noticed in our travels through small French villages. It’s hard to get a sense of many of the smaller towns because the houses are right on the street in a solid wall. No front yards and many times no people walking, no children playing. We’d often wonder where all the people were. Do they all have back yards they hang out in? Town after town we’d drive through that seemed deserted except for the house facades. Even the cafes were deserted unless it was evening. That last little village looked like it might be easier to come across people when the weather’s nice.
Wouldn't most folk be at work or school during the day? In the evenings I expect they are indoors. Most people would drive to the shops etc so not many would be walking around.
Aww 🥰 I just love the tripping around the country side …Thank you for bringing us along House 2 is lovely but number 3 is gorgeous… sadly in my currency we have to double it 😞😭 Houses down here in New Zealand are so expensive… just land without a house can be $290,000( the value of my section ) upwards … My 3 bedroom 92 sq mt home on a 630 sq mt corner section with a double garage and carport etc if I sold it is worth between $575,000 -$580,000 I absolutely love your French towns ❤❤❤
I always enjoy those « pittoresques» drives, thank for taking us with you. About the houses, the second one seems the best to me cause it feels more like a little bubble. I’m not crazy about the idea of being able to shake hands with the neighbours as your sitting in your living room 🤭 also the price is good
Hello, Ryan!! No need to apologize regarding frequency of videos. You have a life to live too beyond YT!! It's all OK, nor worries, mate!! Loved seeing the rural French countryside. The little towns have amazing architecture, not fancy but great character. There are some quaint towns scattered about in my area but nothing like rural France. What passes for new construction here is p__spoor, IMO. The best part of the vlog was seeing and hearing your dad. He's looking good, God bless him. I'm happy you featured him. Hello, Glenn!! I noticed you stopped to let that person cross the road. Good on you!! 👍 Chuck in Northern New England
French countryside road trip and architecture in a light rain making vibrant colors and looking like a rolling watercolour!! 🥰🥰 Glad to see both you and your dad are well! 😊🥰
Hey Ryan, get in contact with Sean’s son Tom. He’s a realestate agent and he has a great house under 90,000€. It’s 4 floors. A cellar that you can enter from outside with a beautiful attics. Sean said the house was sound. There is a big yard. Needs work. It used to be a school and or a manse and is beside a church. There is an out building, outside toilet and a parking space. If I didn’t live in Sydney Australia I would have thought about it.Edit: Forgot to say it on town sewer, water and electric. Thank you. May you please take care and stay safe. (Pétanque is a fun game.) 👏👏👏❤❤❤🤩🤩🤩 oops. It has 4 bedrooms. 1 bathroom. Can be easily changed.
love these videos. especially loved the road trip sights and commentary from dad! as someone who would love to travel but as an unemployed american can't, this is as close and I can get! 💛💛
Hello Maggie, you may wish to see whether your skills match with Immigration New Zealand settings, if they do, it would be a way to work and travel. Best wishes for your future.
Loved the views of the three properties. The first is over priced and would never sell at the asking price. The next 2 are beautiful. My choice would be the second house. It has the potential to be as grand as the third home And has the walled garden and outbuildings are a plus. A little Reno and it would be a wonderful home. Thanks Ryan and Dad for taking us on this beautiful drive through the French countryside. Loved it!
Loved this, especially the drive. Beautiful villages, does that mean the taxes are high? Small towns in USA are dying, houses falling back into nature. Very sad.
Thanks for your tour with your Dad. The villages were lovely and so clean but where do they buy groceries? I loved the second house the most but the third one was lovely as well. Thanks again, you do these look abouts very well. Have a Blessed day.
You could do Box gardens and cabana style roof enclosures for privacy add curtains on the patio on the cabana walls in the 2 bedroom use Murphy beds to save on space and feature the fireplace
Good to see your Dad looking so well, and you spending time out with him. The 2nd and 3rd house were lovely, the little towns were very pretty. Thank you for that Ryan, good to see you out nd about again. 💕🇦🇺
Loved the French villages tour it reminds me of iihe US states of Louisiana ew Orleans is so French that's as close as I have been French. But the creole good and culture their is amazing. If you ever come here go to New Orleans where you will feel at home
The prices you showed were amazing deals. Something along the lines of the first property would go for about $200,00 US or more! Enjoyed the driving tour with your dad! Love how he was saying how they were proper villages with the care they took with their hedges, etc. Made me smile! Looking forward to your next video. No pressure! 💚
Ryan my loving pie. Yes, it has been a while since I’ve seen you. 🤩My favorite property is the last one. No pic of kitchen or bedrooms. You looking good. I love the country ride with your dad. Beautiful villages. Well my sex pot till next time. Take care and stay safe. Love ya 🍺🍺❤️🙏🌈🌹😇🕊👍🌞🇺🇸
Nice to tour around the countryside and villages in France with you 🙂 Also love house hunting with you. 2nd or 3rd places nice - definitely not the 1st!
I enjoyed your trip with your Dad. Nice villages/towns, Beautiful architecture, I liked the houses you showed except the one level with no garden. Blessings.
Ryan, I agree the second and third property are very nice. If you picked them up and dropped them around here, they probably would go two to three times higher.
The first one looks more like an in-laws apt. The 2nd was gorgeous, but the third I loved the inside and the garden was huge.
Who enjoyed this video? "Mee!" 🤣🤣🤣 Your dad is fun!
It's Ryan and his life🎉 Thoght about property searches with you while watching Billy's carpenter friend, Sean, filming his son's property pitch. You should partner up. I think you could add a valuable video tour service to his real-estate business.
House #2 is a bargain compared to where I am. Love it. Love seeing you out with your dad.
i love the second one, outbuildings have potential to become some bedrooms for a B&B 😍😍
A most enjoyable little video to watch on a Sunday afternoon in California. I love the way you and your Dad interact. I miss mine, so thanks for sharing yours👍
Loved the road trip with your Dad.

We missed you too! Lovely villages in France, we visit mostly every year. You will find your place. When you see it, you know it!
I just love seeing these lovely French villages.
The second property would be my pick! By the time I finished making it my own, it would be absolutely gorgeous!
Good seeing you and your dad. Dad planing ahead with the cemetery!!! 😂 No rush. Tiny streets!
Enjoy your travels. See you soon
Exciting trip out enjoyed your dads comments. Think he enjoyed himself as well. Xx
Hey Ryan from Massachusetts, love this road trip with your Dad! It's nice to see you again I miss your spunk and energy 🤗
Terrific video, Ryan. Loved the tour with you dad! He was really enjoying himself, and was encouraging you to find a place of your own! Of the properties you viewed, #2 had the most appeal in my opinion. Glad you are out travelling. We love when you pop in and out with another peak at where you are👏🏻🥰
The 2nd one I think, because it had more space outside, and it was still grand inside. Save your extra 100,000 for updates or maintenance.
Thank you for the tour Ryan. That two roomer small home did it have a bathroom? In the bedroom maybe? Looking to see you next video. 👋🏼👍🏼🇨🇦💕😊
Ryan buy No.2, its fabulous. You could open your own broconte in the out buildings. Plus you have room for Billy to visit. Lovely little town.
Ryan you are back, missed you,we love your videos, please don’t give up on us😊❤️⭐️🆒🍺🌻🇺🇸
Good to see ya Ryan, also very nice to see your Dad. GOD BLESS y'alls.
The second one looks the most charming. In addition, the out buildings might have potential for vacation rental.
Lovely drive with your Dad Ryan. Thank you for sharing it. You will know the house for you when you find it, nothing will stop you from buying it. Happy house hunting!
I loved the second property. It was just enough to keep maintained. Love your Dad’s accent the way he said “That’s proper Ole French in there” he’s a Classic ❤
it’s so CLEAN in all these villages!
Such beautiful countryside and gorgeous buildings
Ryan, you have exquisite taste! They all looked lovely, I would only need a major lottery win, alas.
Not only well kept but also clean! Not a speck of dirt anywhere!
I love these videos of the countryside. Thanks Ryan
Ryan, great to see you again! Lovely ride about with your dad. Loved all the villages and most definitely loved that third property. It was really grand. Thank you so much Ryan with my dad.💜🫶🤗😘🦔 🇺🇸

It tickled me that your dad loved saying the village of MEE!!!! He had a smirk on his face enjoying his private joke 😂
Flirting with the gardener too! Woo-Hoo...
Great to view these beautiful French villages with you and your DAD. Thank you and take care.
It was lovely touring in the rain. The cadance of the wipers was peaceful. Always good stuff.
Loved the video. Properties and the French countryside, a little bit of something for everyone, I think. Thank you.
I loved the second one the most. The grounds and open layout were lovely to me. Very welcoming. Your dad seemed in an excellent mood; it was a joy to hear him happy and inclined to share his thoughts.
Good to see you again Ryan 😁 the small house would suit me 😁 it’s less cleaning 😂😂
Nice to see you out and about with you Dad. Interesting properties and beautiful villages, thanks for taking us along.🙏❤️

I love your real estate videos. It always fascinates me to see what you can get in France. Thank you Ryan. xx

Showing the price adds a dose of reality to the enticing charm of the villages.

Lovely ride around with your Dad!
Thank you for sharing, love looking at French properties 😊
It’s all breathtaking 💕💕💕. Thanks for the Sunday afternoon ride into the countryside❤❤
Lovely drive with dad. Best of luck house hunting.
as disabled person the first one appeals to me most . The lack of privacy would be my main problem with it but the price is cool
Enjoyed the tour especially with Dad! Very nice villages and countryside.
Ryan your dad is funny Really enjoyed how he got such a chuckle as a town of Me.
Loved this, especially the drive. Beautiful villages, does that mean the taxes are high? Small towns in USA are dying, houses falling back into nature. Very sad.
Fun road trip!! Thanks so much for sharing. Spend as much time with your Dad as possible.
Hello Ryan from South Carolina, USA. Really enjoying your videos and boyish enthusiasm for all things French countryside!
Thanks for your tour with your Dad. The villages were lovely and so clean but where do they buy groceries? I loved the second house the most but the third one was lovely as well. Thanks again, you do these look abouts very well. Have a Blessed day.
Great video with your dad, thanks for bringing us along!
Thanks for sharing I liked the first one little but very nice for single or couple.
You could do Box gardens and cabana style roof enclosures for privacy add curtains on the patio on the cabana walls in the 2 bedroom use Murphy beds to save on space and feature the fireplace
It's so beautiful in the country.
Good to see you, Ryan
Good to see you again Ryan 👍👍
Number 3 is my pick. Wonderful rooms.
Good to see your Dad looking so well, and you spending time out with him. The 2nd and 3rd house were lovely, the little towns were very pretty. Thank you for that Ryan, good to see you out nd about again. 💕🇦🇺
Great to see you Ryan keep showing us the lovely properties in France hope you find you’re own home soon.
Loved the French villages tour it reminds me of iihe US states of Louisiana ew Orleans is so French that's as close as I have been French. But the creole good and culture their is amazing. If you ever come here go to New Orleans where you will feel at home
Love this type of vlog. Thank you.
Love the third one.
Where I live that would be well over a million.
Number three would be for me, if I could aford it. That one is worth it. I dread to think how much a property like that would cost in London!!!
I really enjoyed that. Nice to see dad again. Say 'hi' to mom! :-)
Nice to see your dad. Was the steering wheel on the right side of the car? Great houses! I enjoyed the virtual tour.
Looks like he has an English car. Noticed that too.
Thank you! This was fun!
The last one would suit me but I cannot speak French, so moving to France is not an option for me. Thank you for the video!
2nd is gorgeous … 3rd is a beauty but I wouldn’t like being on top of our neighbors…
Nice to tour around the countryside and villages in France with you 🙂 Also love house hunting with you. 2nd or 3rd places nice - definitely not the 1st!
