Ingredients:
2 Cups of overnight cooked Jasmine rice
½ cup of frozen mixed vegetables
3 Chinese style sausages
2 cloves of garlic
¼ small onion
2 green onions
2 eggs
1 tsp of salt,
½ tsp of sugar
½ tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder (optional)
Peanut oil or canola oil
两杯 隔夜饭
半杯 素什錦
3 条腊肠
2 瓣蒜
¼ 个小洋葱
2 棵葱
2 个鸡蛋
1 小匙盐
½ 小匙糖
½ 小匙鸡粉（可选）
适量菜籽油或者花生油

Yes most Chinese I think they choose Jasmin rice. My husband is chinese Hokien we are living in Malaysia. Very detailed cooking tuturial. Keep it up ma'am. Watching from Malaysia. I like your Chinese cooking. I'm interested on learning Chinese cooking for my kids and for my husband. Will definitely follow you to learn more on Chinese cooking. This fried rice is perfect!

Yes mostly they like to eat specialy late night in hoker centers. But I encourage my children to eat home-cooked food. Now I'm learning some Chinese cooking. Honestly I'm learning online only. Thai Jasmine rice is always my "go to" rice for just about everything I make most times. Love it. I like how you explained how to let the wok come to the smoke point before adding the cold oil. Very good lessons learned in this video. The fried rice looks great!
