Great and informative video. Thanks. If I have a plastic cable entering the building, but I can't see if it re-enters earth within the building. And there is no bonding already on the pipe. Am I right in thinking you can perform an IR test at 500v between the MET (safely isolated system) and the water or gas pipe to check that the reading is >22,000 ohms. If so, then no bonding is required? I'm nervous, to simply add a bonding CPC, as there is an outside tap coming out of the building just after the metal stopcock, which would then introduce a different earth potential between the tap and the earth outside. Thanks
