總會跌,拭目以待,無論大陸香港,發展地產商都做同一件事,劈價買樓。如今世道現金為王。。。
開放式納米樓唔好掂,睇返成交紀錄,大部份都係劈價離場,因為供應大過需求,市面上仲有一大堆二手開放式盤,個價一定守唔住,所以開始有銀行對納米樓加息或者估價不足,有意上車就小心啦,一房單位先叫正常盤。依家個價合理返啦,同高位比較用同一舊錢買到多一間房,睇落幾好住有幾個商場,特別係屋苑出面有機場巴士,買嚟放租應該都唔愁冇租客。而且新地樓有保證,唔會似誠哥盤咁業主玩遊戲(有驚冇喜)
