I like the compactness of the regular S24, but what the S24+ is offering on the table is really tempting.
I've been using the S24+ for about a week and its been amazing! Glad I didint overspend for the Ultra. :D
I have the s24, I prefer a smaller phone. The ultras great if you would use the pen ect
What does upset me a bit is that in other regions (from what i've read) they are making an s24 with 12gb of ram and 512 of memory. I hope they offer that in future updates. Not that the 8 gb of ram is struggling, but it's nice to have in the long run (especially if your gonna try use it for 7 years)
Thanks for helping me decide. I like smaller phones that can more comfortably fit in my hands and pocket, and I don't think I will lose much by choosing s24 over s24+
I've been loving my Exynos S24+ in cobalt violet... such a nice device! Although next year I am definitely trading it in for the S25 Ultra :D

got the purple one. It's a great color especially in a clear case. I prefer smaller phones as well as its way easier to hold and drop it alot less due to not having to do the "dance" up and down the frame to reach the top of the display lol. I also love the symmetrical bezels, it looks do seamless and high quality

The S24+ is undoubtedly a MUCH better choice this year - higher screen resolution, more RAM, bigger battery, and even faster charging. Only go for the S24 if you like a more compact phone.
That's true. The baseline S model has been slacking for quite some years now.

Basically compactness it what phones should be about. Go back in timeline, it used to be the lighter and nore conpact the better. Nowadays its shifting to bigger and heavier. Actually a joke if you ask me. Whole point is "mobility" so i chose the S24 over others. We are were we were 24 years ago.

Will Samsung release a S24 version with 5000mAH battery and 512GB storage? Ideally, I would want 1TB storage. I can compromise the 8GB of RAM, but would prefer 12GB if possible.

I have been using the s24 plus Exynos version for 2 weeks and will experience 10 to 12 hours of screen on. Games are included. Battery life is very good

I opted for Snapdragon Gen 3 •S24 plus! I bought it from online [HK variant]. It's way cheaper than the local variant which is an exynos

It's a bit expensive, but since I'm going to use it for 7 years, I think it will be worth it.
Do it, here in europe the base s24 /256gb was around € 580 euro.

I recently had to buy a Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus because my S23 Plus failed after two months of use (overheated while charging). Now as I search for the best case for my new phone, I can see that there is something odd about the dimensions of the phone. All accessory sellers post the S24 Plus as a 6.7 inch phone as does Samsung. But I am sitting here with my new S24 Plus and a ruler and I can assure that it is not 6.7 inches long, wide or even diagonally from corner to corner. Did the world transition to a new system of measurement? I cannot figure out the discrepancy and when I ask Samsung or accessory sales outfits, they just give a stock response: "The Samsung Galaxy S24 Pus is 6.7 inches long." Right....... sure it is.

For me Exynos is a huge NO and I would rather get the s23 even if it is an older generation. Even if now Exynos 2400 seems ok , in 1 year it will start to show horrible battery life, sluggish,hot and choppy typical Exynos, I bit myself in the past and now I stay away from Exinos devices.

S24+ would be really great for people like me who want to be able to use phones for 4-5 years without worrying about software support, and it also future proofs a little with the 12gb ram and 256gb base storage.

@@anj_____m S24+ is more similar to S20 than S24 in settings - same screen resolution (S24 is a downgrade). S24+ I belive have a better refresh rate (more smooth). S24+ is About 2 cm bigger in lenght and width than S20, actually feels more immersive even if it's a small difference. S24 and S24+ have a fully flat screen; so much easier to have a glass screen protector. Finally I can keep the S24+ for 7 years instead of 4 with the S20 for software support. So will upgrade again for the S31 😅
The only thing i like more about the S20 is that it actually have a better "color range" - if you play the same video with the same settings, the S20 has better/more clear colors. But in everyday life I don't think about it on the S24.
It's a good upgrade. But if it weren't for software support that have already ended for S20 this year, I would never change phone.
Maybe next Exynos version is on par with Snapdragon. No thanks this time.

It's a good business move to cater to all customers.....like myself I like large displays and a 6.2 phone is too small for me while others like small phone. Also with the Ultra series it caters to the Note users like myself who wants the premium phone. I am glad they are doing it this way it gives users options

It can even run warzone in low gfx and 30 fps. What an utter joke of a flagship my k50 plays it flawlessly. So does my s23 ultra.
