    Salaamun 3alaykum.
Regarding the two disputers/brothers that asked David AS to judge between then regarding their sheep, the way i saw it was David repented because he passed a judgement without hearing the other brother’s side of the story. He only ever heard the side of the brother with 1 sheep. To me this ayat (among many other things) places importance on hearing both sides of an argument before making any judgements.

If we were to go by the translation of verse 2:189 which you gave at the 25:40 minute mark, then the meaning of HAJ becomes very clear... crystal clear! And... it has absolutely nothing to do with all the rituals invented by the Sunni, Shiite & Sectarian revered religious holy men!
IT IS NOT RIGHTEOUS TO BEAT AROUND THE BUSH... be straightforward!
Those words would only be logical and make sense when used in context & in conjunction with A DEBATE!
Isn't it obvious that the Sunnis, Shiites & Sectarians are who they say they are... Sunnis of the madhab of their country of origin or a Shiite of their country of origin or a Sectarian of their preferred Imams & whatnots?

At the 26:36 minute mark, you quoted verse 9:36 but , just like the Sunni, Shiite & Sectarian native speakers of the modern-day Arabic you translated & interpreted the Arabic word "huruman" as SACRED.
How does the Quran explain the _"haram months?"_
2:217 They ask you about *al-Shahri Al-Harami* - fighting in it. *Say, "Fighting therein (is) a great (sin);* but hindering (people) from (the) way (of) Allah, and disbelief in Him and (preventing access to) Al-Masjid Al-Haraam, and driving out its people from it, (is) greater (sin) near Allah. And [the] oppression (is) greater than [the] killing." And not they will cease (to) fight with you until they turn you away from your religion, if they are able. And whoever turns away among you from his religion, then dies while he (is) a disbeliever for those became worthless their deeds in the world and the Hereafter. And those (are) companions (of) the Fire, they in it (will) abide forever.
*_Say, "Fighting therein (is) a great (sin)_*
There is absolutely NOTHING SACRED about fighting & killing without just cause in any month of the year.
The ONE & ONLY reason they are the 4 AL-SHAHRI AL-HARAMI is because FIGHTING IS FORBIDDEN DURING THOSE 4 MONTHS!!!
And _"masjidil al-Haram"_ is *not* the SACRED MOSQUE... but a place, area, topic of debate where all the BAD and FORBIDDEN DEEDS are not to be entertained.
In other words... all bad deeds are forbidden to be debated/discussed/taught etc.

33:28 What a poor translation you elected to use. Go to S5:110, does Allah support him in a revelation? No, it is a spirit of holiness. There are other spirits too, some which deceive. Anyway I hope you get the point.
