    Here’s the thing:
    1. Leverage their intake style - visual, auditory and kinesthetic
    2. Lean on their behaviors - demanding, social, laid back, analytical
    3. Learn how others see you - they see you through your eyes
    4. Lay them down in writing first
    5. List them out with a structure
    6. Learn the words - expand vocabulary
    7. Lose the stage fright - fear of what others may think

Sounds like everyone! I think the best thing that works for me is to not feel like you have to rush an answer. Actually slow down and listen to the question. Even pause to reflect and even ask the person to repeat themselves or clarify before you answer. I found that gives you time to not rush and say something crude or confusing until you fully digest the question and collect thoughts. Sometimes I also repeat parts of the question to myself or out loud and that provides a prompt to collect an appropriate response to what’s being asked.

I have not only trouble articulating my thoughts, I have difficulty completing a thought. I have autism so my thoughts are like a continuous loop. even listening how you express yourself, facial expressions, the resonance in your tone, inflections, and eye contact is very difficult sometimes impossible for me. Sometimes it feels like I'm shouting just to be simply heard, and I notice people speak over me, or cut me off in conversations. A lot of things I just don't grasp. It doesn't come naturally to me. I watch these videos for help, but as a doctor explained it to me. The most difficult part of this condition is the fact that you cannot "will" your way from a neurological disorder.

I've never had issues with articulating my thoughts even speaking publicly. But ever since the lock down I've been struggling a lot with socialising and expressing my thoughts in a fluent way. When I talk now I need a lot of time to find the right words and phrases. And sometimes it's hard to convey an idea in a grammaticly correct way, and often after I've spoken like 2 sentences, I'd forget what I was even trying to say at the start its quite frustrating. Sometimes I'm not even sure what the problem is. Is it ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, lack of socialising, lack of practice because I've graduated from uni or something else? Right now I'm taking English class hoping that would improve my situation a little.

Me, too. ~ As an old, 'Speech Tx' kid, I'm preparing for court, on my own, as a widow.
'Written expression' is the worst, (an actual, Learning disability). Against Greedy, Nazi narcs and pathological* LIAR$. Especially, with induced "c-PTSD"!
But, I got through 'Honors English' Fine, my Senior Year ... and I'm 5x smarter + with waaay more life-long, self-education (and rational) than Both, put together! 🤣
THANK YOU! I look forward to more Lessons and motivation.

As someone who's been trying for a long time to break bad habits and implement good ones, "Practice makes permanent" really resonated with me.
I had a seventh grade teacher who would say, "Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect". Lol

Thank you so very much for sharing your insight and suggestions. I struggle with the fear. Therefore, I stumble over my words a little. Or, I will speak too fast. Often reminding myself to breathe and slow down helps in the moment. Btw, I have placed reminders on my desk as well. You are a wonderful resource. I look forward to learning more.

I think a lot of people think something is wrong with them, now reading this. So this teaching is important for many different reasons. I'm introverted and smart but conveying that orally sounds and feels strange, to my ownself, that's the truth. Yet I call it shy🤷🏾‍♀️.
