BATTLEFIELD HARDLINE SERVERS CLOSING DOWN!

Battlefield Hardline server shutdowns have been announced for Xbox 360 and PS3. It's the end of an era of this underrated gem on those consoles. I first played Hardline's beta back on PS3 and my time on the game's full launch was on PS3 too. Definitely a shame for the small active playerbase on these legacy consoles and with the PS4 and XB1 playercounts nothing impressive it's not looking great for one of my favourite games of all time.
360 and PS3 players have till November 7th 2024 to log on and play Hardline online, after which servers will permanently close.

If you buy it on sale or pre-owned it's probably still worth it even tho server options aren't great. As mentioned, PS4 servers aren't going down yet but it doesn't seem like they'll be lasting for too long.
