All have mental issues from anxiety to depression to bipolar . Please don’t think that you are alone b/c bipolar is very common . You have to WATCH who is around you and who triggers you and have a good support system .
What did he want out of her apartment so bad? What gave him the right to try to get there so bad?
He wants her notebooks and cell phone..any evidence she had against him.

Hecsaid he thought her body was over there away from gun and the casings/live round and purse because he thought she had made a run for it, to get away.. That water is shallow.. That could very well have happened..

You don't bruise after death.
Bruising certainly does show up after death. Up to a few hours after.
@@shelbi8273 1. Liver mortis is bruising caused by blood settling in the body as it lays there, 2. Bruising caused shortly before death will darken, and 3. it is a debated idea that bruises caused after death happen at all. Maybe.

Yes, it can 💯 happen. If a blood vessel ruptures after death and blood leaks out, it will bruise. BUT, only an autopsy can determine if the bruise happened before or after death. And that didn't happen.

There should be a law in every state that all unattended deaths should require an autopsy. If a family or spouse request an autopsy, the medical examiner has to abide by their wishes so in my opinion, JP did not ask for an autopsy. Regarding the Delta.8, is it possible that JP was switching Delta 8 with Mica’s gummy vitamins?

February dates are completely wrong. She was only committed against her will from Feb 8-10. Also her sister states that every time JP committed her she was released with no diagnoses or meds

I have seen it happen when I lived in South Carolina I saw it happen with a couple of women who were just traumatized and weren't mentally ill then some male in their lives scoops down and tells the doctor how crazy they are and the patient is over medicated or once I saw a brother come in and try to get his sister of psych meds she had been on for years and she almost died.
A bruise isn’t a wound. It specifies from briars/brush, which means it’s likely a superficial laceration.
I had a mentally ill ex ; when they get off their meds they talk like they are on drugs and are manic and they obsess over a person or an idea . They are off the rails. This is JP

A bruise is commonly referred to as a contusion, or it can be called ecchymosis. A wound is an opening, like a laceration.
I would like to explain delta 8. It is a “legal loophole” to sell cannabis products in illegal states. It is derived from hemp and it’s compounds are only slightly different from it’s delta 9 counterpart. It also produces milder effects.
Edit to add: (Delta 9 is regular thc products and from a cannabis plant rather than a hemp plant.)

First off- mental note- Mica had no wounds on her hands in the videos from the Pawn shop that day!! Also- from what I understand- post Mortem, a body will only bruise if the damage is done in the minutes after death. Once a persons heart stops- the blood is no longer being pumped throughout the body. I know that bc the blood is no longer being pumped- it begins to pool at the lowest points- lividity or livor mortis. I am a nurse and an EMT- and this is how I understand it. I have taken death investigation classes, and I may be wrong- but this is what I always believed to be true.

I live in Washington State in Seattle and you can go to a weed store every few blocks cause it's totally legal here. But, it is illegal to sell any of those Delta 8 ,9, 10 and all that. I used get the Delta 8 when I was living in South Carolina and it was more unpredictable. Most the time you would chil but occasionally you would get a bad high. You never get that from the regulated THC.
This right here is the truth. People don't understand how badly the delta 8 can mess you up.... especially if you have a low tolerance for weed.

As a nurse I can tell you that if JP took her to the hospital that they go by family reports if they are under SW and what type of test did they do ? A hair follicle test for weed if it’s 30 days it will show up

I would think if Mica was under a psychiatrist's care for bipolar she would be on anxiety meds, probably a benzo which she was negative for. The hydroxyzine can be used for anxiety but it's an antihistamine so I equate that to taking Benadryl to help you fall asleep at night. I really question whether she was being treated at all for any mental illness.
She had been forced into a mental institution by her ‘husband’ before-they put her on freaking lithium, which is bad medicine, in my opinion.
@justkiddin84 I know that's what they're saying, but I guess I'm needing proof of a doctor that prescribed lithium and nothing else for a bipolar patient. I took lithium years ago for bipolar but I still had to be on other meds. I almost wonder if JP wasn't forcing her to take his meds.

I’ve been thinking about the 911 call, a lot. That’s the 1 thing that’s really been throwing me off. So what if, hear me out, what if that really was Mica speaking but she wasn’t alone. 1 thought is that she may have been drugged… that’s why she sounded so “calm” on the call. 2nd thought, what if she was threatened, such as, we’ll go after your family; parents, sisters, nieces, nephews and close friends, IF you don’t make this call and make it sound like an “unaliving”. Many people would give their lives to protect their loved ones. Thoughts?
If I’m not mistaken the photo was of her right hand, that had the bruise. Not her left hand..
Could be that the photo you saw had been flipped-creators and news people flip the view so you can read it and it won’t be backwards.

Why would you wear your work clothes and then go to a very unfamiliar location to take your life? It just seems out of character for Micas personality. Did she call work to let them know she might not come in or be running late? She intended to go to work that day. Her conduct was calm at the pawn shop and at the gas station. It seems she bought the hand gun for self protection. So many red flags. I pray God will expose the truth and everything hidden will come out and justice for Mica will be done!

There is not THC in CBD. Nor does it work that well.
a bruise forms as a result of ruptured blood vessels, leaking blood into the surrounding tissue. blood circulation is needed for this to happen, which requires a pumping heart, so dead bodies cannot bruise. sometimes people mistake lividity for bruising, which happens when the heart is no longer pumping blood so it gets pulled down by gravity, resulting in the pooling of blood at the lowest point in the body at the time of death, causing a bluish-purple discoloration of the skin.

I have bipolar 1 and have tried delta 9. It helps with my anxiety and help me sleep but makes me want to eat the house down so I no longer take it. 🥴 My son suffers from anxiety and depression and he cannot take the delta 9 bc it cause him to be paranoid.

I wonder if he got her admitted to the hospital & told the medical staff that she was paranoid (among other things). Maybe he told them she thought someone was following her (& of course she confirmed it bc it was true). But, maybe JP was using it to convince them she had mental issues & said it wasn’t true?
Standardized toxicology reports usually test for illegal substances, and those which are likely to be abused and/or cause possible disturbances in a persons normal behavior. However- due to all of the talk about her lithium- I am SHOCKED & appalled that they did not add that onto the test!!! I am telling you- JP has these people in his pocket!! They didn’t do an autopsy, didn’t do a full toxicology screen- which should have included medication she was known to take! They also didn’t test for gunshot residue on her hands or anything!!?? Insane. Lithium is an old and dangerous medication- and people who take it regularly have to do bloodwork every either 3 or 6 months to ensure the patient has therapeutic levels of the drug in their system. Too much lithium is toxic (it is a salt) and can cause major problems- coma, kidney and brain damage, seratonin storm, and can even lead to death if untreated. I find it odd that they didn’t test her levels to prove that she didn’t have dangerous levels of lithium in her bloodstream, which certainly could have caused erratic, out of character behavior. These cops and the ME dropped the ball. Sometimes they have to think outside the box- everything isn’t black and white anymore!!!
PS- don’t we all leave hideously cruel little poems and daily affirmations towards our loved ones posted on the walls in our homes?? Totally normal, and sane there JP. Let us not forget when he did that sermon talking about how he was bipolar & on lithium and in therapy bc he was so miserable and wanted to unalive himself (he would never- he loves himself way too much!!) He then mirrored his own issues onto Mica when it was convenient for him to throw her under the bus. So so sad.Also- JP said he is going to get justice for Mica- just like OJ was gonna get justice for Nicole…..
Lithium levels are a separate test. They likely tested for a standard drug panel, which detects specific types of controlled substances. They would have had to run a Lithium level, and the lithium wouldn’t have contributed to it.
It would if they were below therapeutic levels and she was cycling.

Delta 8 and 9 are stands of tch and can give you a little high. And it will cause you to pop on a THC test. But, it's not as strong as smoking weed unless you just take a bunch.
