Rise of the macines. I use to work the chainsaw also. Quick work, but you have to be really careful. Almost had it in my face once. Never saw with the upper tip of it.
Really cool! Glad to get some exposure on a machine like that. The ones I see where I live are massive. Go pro shots were the best! Made me wonder why the big chainsaw guys out there don’t use a go pro for their videos. How many cords/cubic feet does one of those cages hold?
Circular saw, the other common type is with a chainsaw bar and chain but frankly they suck as they blunt easily, need an oiler whilst the circular saw lasts months
Just don’t get too comfortable around that fucking thing, and watch your fingers. One got me once. Never again. Edit: And wear a hair net. I don’t want any stray curly cues in my firewood.
Wow! What a machine but you obviously have to stay focused on your work. Thanks for sharing.
That's a cool unit👍
A day making firewood is always a good day!
Excellent as always brother 👌🏽👍🏻😎
Looks a good bit of kit .. better than some of the eastern European log splitters you see 👀watch your bell ringers 👍🤙

1.2cubic metres = 42 cubic feet. on an average day i will fill 12 of these cages but my record is 15
Does that meat grinder have a circular saw blade or a bandsaw?

Palax seem to name their machines after the saw diameter, so C700 would mean a 700mm circular saw
Man do you work for yourself if a company? This would be a great job just don’t know how I could keep getting wood
I work for a company
