Smoked Pork Belly on the Myron Mixon BARQ 2400

  • Here's a great method for smoking some skin-on pork belly and getting a PERFECTLY CRUNCHY skin in the process! I salted the skin and let it dry brine in the fridge overnight. Then I seasoned the pork side of the belly with Atlanta Grill Company's Georgia Butts & Ribs rub. I let that ride in the smoke on the Myron Mixon BARQ 2400 until it was buttery tender and then we finished the skin! Check out the video for the entire process!
