Nice units. I think some negative comments don't realize how the down draft helps, and what solid construction means long term. Also being able to utilize all winter is a plus. 5 degrees where I'm at rightnow. Ill be digging out the welding blankets today for my current Reqtec
Any rack sag in the big one?
On the 3600 they do sag slightly, but overall, very little.

what is the difference between
the generations ?
The new Gen 3 smokers are manufactured by an American company (Smokin Brothers) in the USA. Gen 3 moved the hopper to the front, put the firepot in the center and integrated a downdraft exhaust system. The interior is also stainless and double walled.
Old school controller, why not fireboard?
Great question for Myron Mixon and Smokin Brothers, I'll ask.
from everything I have found, Fireboards are great for monitoring and controlling a blower. They do not control all functions such as auger and igniter. Could be wrong...
Cmon Myron and smokin bros , no easy ash clean out or pellet dump???????
Hopefully something like that is coming soon, It definitely makes things easier!
I actually asked him about it. They use a shop. Easy and cleans in less than a minute.

The 2400 has a list price of $3,399 and the 3600 has a list price of $4,999.

I’ll stick with my Grila OG, SILVERBACK and Pellet pro sidekick. All 3 For less than the small Myron Mixon.
