This is one of the most profound conversations I have witnessed and from the beginning to the end the downloads were just pouring in. I've been hearing a voice in my head saying Emily Fletcher! Emily Fletcher! to me for days now, and the other day a visual of Hellè's guided breathwork (from another podcast), that I've done years ago and forgot about it, popped into my mind but I did not know her name or how to find her - and this is all happening at the same time when I'm getting my own download of - I need to do breathwork NOW. This episode moved me in so many ways, but the channeling at the end got me immediately in tears and my body shaking in waves; when I've heard "Metatron" my eyes popped open. I have no idea how to translate my current feelings into words that will even come CLOSE to expressing their fullness, intensity, and magnitude...
I was fully enjoying every second of this conversation...literally grinning from ear to ear and nodding my head and laughing and feeling body tingles...the works. In fact, I recognize now that not a single word spoken by either of you felt foreign or hard to understand or shocking or difficult to believe or far-fetched or dubious or "other" - ALL of it felt right and true and obvious and wise and aligned and wonderful.

Around an hour and 18 min in, Helle started talking about recognizing the feeling of familiarity as a sign - and I suddenly remembered an idea that popped into my mind yesterday about the phenomenon of deja vu.
It is not a mistake or "glitch in the matrix" but rather a testament to the truth that Spirit's guidance is offered always and available continuously, through all that is. The mind-bending, skeptic-inducing part is: It is WE who are selective (free will)...yet when we tune in, the message feels specific and personalized just for us, because that is the divine nature of Spirit.
(As I said, it came to me as an "idea", gently seeded in my mind, and unfortunately it is proving very difficult to translate into words in a way that feels complete.)
The simplest version i came up with is: "Deja vu is God using a highlighter"
...and then Helle said, "I've got deja vu right now."
Something electric sparked through my body, the hairs on my arms and neck stood up. I had something like an out of body/out of time, flash forward/flash back, split-second REMEMBERING of being absolutely PRESENT both physically and energetically with both of you that was as real as anything I have known in this life.
I paused the video and began writing - haven't even finished watching the whole thing yet! I just had to share this while it was fresh.
I will add that Emily was my very first teacher when I first started meditating over 5 years ago. After that I began to explore the personal development/spiritual journey/awakening path online space and over time came across certain contributors that I felt resonance with.
Within the last year and a half, each of those people I discovered separately have slowly interwoven into a web of connectedness for me that is nothing short of amazing. First Emily met Layla who I already followed via her website, I stumbled across Blu's podcast and her first interview of Matias, then she introduced me to Helle, Aubrey came up in my feed and seemed so familiar for some reason...and then Mama Gena's in the mix and the ladies are living together, then Andre's podcasting with this polymath named Robert who blows my mind and then everyone is in Egypt and I'm like "why do I feel like I belong with these people???"
Mind blown. I deeply appreciate the experience.

Such a great episode! I’d love to understand more……did she say what came thru was a fractal from “metatron”? (Im not familiar at all w this so forgive me if that is not correct).
