That makes sense, but they may be doing it for better representation of us (I'm Trans myself) and they may be giving roles regardless of if you are on hormones, surgery, etc. because not every trans person uses it or is still in the process of it. It depends on how Starkid handles it and how they present Trans people. If they require "full transitioned" trans people, I can see a problem, as they are searching for someone's medical history and if they fit their misleading image of trans people.
Deb and Alice was perfect. Instead of focusing on the fact that they were gay, Starkid had Bill mad about who she chose to date, not her sexuality. I love how they casually put it in, without making the fact that she's gay a major thing. I love it!

One of my favorite things about how much representation StarKid has is that most of the actors playing them are straight. But even though they are straight, they portray it accurately and just the same as a straight relationship would be. Honestly, we stan people comfortable enough in their sexuality to do stuff like that, and we stan the writers for writing in this representation and making it so effortless and normal.
I love that it's not a big deal, and I also love the inclusion of LGBT actors as well. The theater community has always been a big place for LGBT artists and fans and I'm glad Starkid can be a part of that too!
