Okay while i love the show, the visual of an actual lobster talking with grandpa is like 10 times as funny as the lobster costume. Great job on the art!
I also love how it materializes a tiny door to walk out of, it just fades in, I love it

whether the real taped version or animatic, "That's my son. Craphole. The baby killer." will always kill me.
but what really impresses me is when jack bauer is demanding the free wagon, you included all the little gestures jeff was actually doing in the scene like the circular motion of the fingers when talking about the circular wheels and poking the general store guy on "fancy upgrades". starkid animatics are true gifts to the fandom.
Ok but have you seen the version where some other group put on the show and the son was named Coat-hanger. Cause that line killed me deader than that baby ox.

This art feels so reminiscent of those children's books that would actually tell an old pioneer story 🤭 congratulations, you just made a super nostalgic video

The best part about this musical is that even though these are out of context, it makes basically as much sense out-of-context as it does in-context
I've watched a lot of animatics based on a lot of different musicals, and I just want you to know that this is definitely my favorite one I've ever seen!
It's so smoothly animated, and so well timed with the shots, and just crafted so carefully in rectreacting these scenes from the original SK production, but with your own twist and hilariously designed.
This is one of those videos I'm probably gonna watch at least once every 2 months for the rest of my life just to remind myself how brilliant it is.
(Your take on the lobster scene especially had me dying haha)
