Technically legal, pick up every item, and then after you teleport to the next island immediately drop them. Repeat until you get to the shop. They will be worth more that way, but you aren't using anything except purchased items.
Alright, so there's an autoloot button (I think it's bound to left d-pad by default) that picks up all loot including what's in the chest even if you haven't opened chests yet. I think you should do a run where you autocollect every wave and leave everything to chance. For shops, maybe you can only buy hearts/armor?
If you are on keyboard and mouse do a run where after each clear hit Q and it will just pick an item in the chest for you without you ever seeing what you picked up unless you look in your inventory. It is also helpful for the last boss fight, once you pick your chest items (if going to loop) hit Q and it will pick up all the keys left around the island without you having to pickup each individual key.
please do the warped one ( the fill all weapon mod with gold ) i tried it the other day there are not enough gold in this game and other nice idea how about the mini games

What about a run where no matter what, you HAVE to always pick the double chest island?
For demolitions, if you can break all the armor on each nest then you're likely to blow all of them when the first one goes.

you can press L for auto-pickup. do a run with Auto-pickup only.
