That was a great comment from Honoka, ukulele is fun and it is meant to be enjoyed. The ukulele is so calming and it’s truly my Zen. The stories we write using the ukulele is our hearts speaking. Thanks to Honoka for this interview and thanks to Lina. Great Artist’s Spotlight.
I wish Honoka all the success she deserves. I have followed her and Anika on You Tube for years. I love their performances and personalities. It must have been hard going solo after the success she had as a couple. I wish her well and hope that she never loses her smile.
Honoka your fun is infectious the uke is such a fun thing to play. what a lucky gal to have a couple years lessons with da man TROY. I'm still learning myself. stay stoked. four strings o nylon-keep a smile onn!! aloha from LBI

What a great interview. Honoka is a wonderful player and likable genuine person. How great to see Lina (who helped me buy my first Kani'e'a via phone). Best wishes to both.
Aloha Gary!! Mahalo for watching! I hope you're making lots of sweet music with your Kanileʻa :)
@@LinaKanilea I've been playing most Saturdays with a group called "Cool Hand Ukes" in Ventura CA. There are from 20 to 60 players and we have a ball. Thanks again for your help with my purchase of a Kanile'a KPA tenor.
