Thank you guys again for watching! I truly appreciate your time!
Great breakdown of your set up and thanks for the feedback!
I was trying really hard to find your channel and CZcams algo just recommend lol. Ty for you work !!
Thanks for watching!
Awesome finish on chassis !
Cool informative video!
One piece of kit i found really helpful in planning my stages is a 10X monocular. I didn't think it would be that helpful until I tried it. I haven't bought a spotter, tripod, or binos yet.
Yea part of the reason I like to use a spotter is for me at least, I feel like it gives me a mental rep of what some the the transitions will be like in my scope. Maybe placebo, but it makes me feel better anyway haha
Good info, thanks for sharing!
Any chance for a Kestrel HUD review? Would love to hear your thoughts on it. I'm wondering why more people don't use it at matches, since I believe it gives you live wind readings when paired to a Kestrel mounted to their wind vane on a tripod.
Yea absolutely. Already working on it.
Can I have some advise regarding the whiskey 3 mag latch removal/instillation
Are you able to attach pouches inside the main compartment via Molle? Or is it just at the flap.
what straps where those on the shmedium?
I bring more or less the same except for big Nalgene water bottle and ammo ;)
What brass bag is that?
Sweet rifle! Did you go with single or two stage triggertech diamond?
This is a single stage, but I also shoot a 2 stage Cadex trigger. I like both a lot.
do you ever use the TMB tuner muzzle brake on your competition rifle shown? I see you have a muzzle brake but is the TMB still working for you?
Yup! Still running it and loving it. It definitely has saved me a couple times.
Which Spuhr mount are you running and what scope base cant? I’m considering this chassis for a Vudoo 360 build but not sure if the NV hood on the enclosed forend will interfere with my scope.
Depends what scope you’re running if it’s too long you’ll need a higher mount. That’s a 1.18” high mount 20 moa on the action 0 on the spuhr. For a vudoo you’re gonna want 40 total for NRL22 and nrl22x
@@Covertnoob5 I’m currently running a NF ATACR 5-25 with an SP-4001 1.18” Spuhr and a 60 MOA base on the Vudoo if that makes any difference?
What did you have to tune/change to get the AW mags to feed?
So different chassis/action combos require different things, but I opened up the feed lips a smidge. A little bit goes a long way so I always tell people slow and steady with that. And then I filed a little off the back of the mag mag catch. But you could also adjust the mag latch on the chassis instead depending on what chassis you have.
This is the guy U always Thrive to Kick their ASS.."on the range". Soo. Funny!!
Thanks? Lol
Dumb question, but where to you carry your ammo? and in a book or a box?
I use both. I have several Cole tac ammo binders but lately have been using 100 round MTM boxes.
I'm pack shopping now you still running this or have you gone back to the phantom ?
Still running the fac track but the new ones took away the long side pockets that I like for tripod storage so I’d advise trying the OBI carry system. I also still really really like the R3 Upranger. I’ll have to do a new backpack video and I’ve got other packs I like too.
Is this the rifle I drooled over on the hide?
I hope so haha but yes I did post it on the Hide
Do you have a link for the back Pack?
I don’t but it’s the eberlestock Fac Track backpack. Should be able to find it on their site.
@@Covertnoob5 Thank you!
