The Lion King skit actually raises a good point. While I could maybe understand Mufasa's ghost waiting until Simba was grown to appear before him, what boggles my mind is why, when he did appear, he never said something like, "Oh, by the way, my death was never your fault. Scar orchestrated the whole thing and then deliberately threw me into the stampede." I mean, even Mufasa's human counterpart, Hamlet Sr., had the decency to tell Hamlet Jr. that his uncle was a murderer.
