Amtrak Dash 8s Leading The Pennsylvanian (2013-2015)

When I first got into videoing trains in 2013, it was fairly common to see Amtrak Dash 8s leading The Pennsylvanian on the Pittsburgh Line. At least once or twice a week one would lead the train to Pittsburgh and back. As time went on, they became less and less common leaders, until Amtrak banned them from leading on the Pittsburgh Line in the spring of 2015. Since then they've made virtually no appearances out here. Here's a compilation of Dash 8s leading Amtrak's Pennsylvanian between 2013 and their end in 2015. I always liked seeing these things leading. Just going through some old footage. Maybe I'll post more compilations of old stuff. Dates are in the video clips.

Great video as always Adam. I always love seeing what you were able to catch especially in Derry. Makes me wish I appreciated certain locomotives and sights like the signal more when I was younger and could railfan that area more. All the best!
