To anyone wanting to buy this: DO NOT DO IT. The whole romhack can be found for free and be played on emulator. Most of the time, when you see things like this on etsy, it was sold without the romhack's creator's permission and should not be bought, and even if it was sold with the creators permission, selling romhacks is a very illegal thing to do.
I remember reading a letter in the UK Nintendo magazine sent from a parent who got Pokémon Emerald imported from the US and was shocked to see a lot of profanity in it! The staff at the magazine explained that the copy was a bootleg.

I came across this video purely by chance from a random CZcams recommendation last year and no sooner than 5 minutes later I ended up buying a boxed copy LOL.
I actually did a full playthrough of this. The only difference is that I didn't buy it (I wouldn't dare), I found a ROM.
The dialogue does not get better. It's all just random sex jokes that make no sense and aren't funny. It would've been better if they were more subtle. You remember that horny old man near the Grass gym? Yep, they've changed it to something more obvious, which is even worse.
