Talking through all the different types of Hobonichi A6 Covers

It’s Hobonichi Season!!! So I thought I would walk you through all of my A6 covers from previous years and talk about the differences between the different styles. I think when you’re starting out with Hobonichi, it can be a bit daunting to understand all the different covers and types and the extra cover-on-covers and the types of fabrics so I just thought it would be useful to show that in a video. I’ll probably do the A5 covers shortly as well and if there’s anything else you’d like to see just let me know, I’m happy to film it.

You seem to really like the leather ones, have you ever thought about trying a Gillio A6 appunto? I really loved the hobonichi leather covers, i bought a Gillio a6 appunto instead one year when the hobonichi A6 leather ones were sold out, after i got that gillio ive never bought another cover from hobonichi, theyre just on a whole other level, theyre amazingly beautiful and soft, the leather and stitching is just SO NICE. I highly recommend them to you based on your reviews in this video.

I personally love the solid color Vinyl Hobonichi❤ cover with COC to protect from stains. It is extremely affordable with all of the added pockets. I ended up going back and making a 2nd order to grab 3 more so that I can switch out. I have pink, black, light blue, and aqua green. Out of yours, I love that little Bonjour kitty one. IDK the name of it. Ooh plus the trifold. Beautiful.
That’s a good idea. You can add die cuts under the COC or use patterned COCs if you want to change things up too 🥰 Yes, the Bonjour is so cute. Thanks so much 💖

Are you gonna buy new covers this year? I buy them every year since 2017...and Im kinda overwhelmed with so many covers, so Im thinking if I should buy new covers for 2024...although I really enjoy the feeling of a new cover for a new year T.T
Yes I think I will! I like the idea of storing finished books in covers. But also I’m with you - I enjoy the feeling of a new cover. It’s fun! 🥰
