I was christened as a Christian when I was a baby obviously.. 40 years later, I’ve tried to do the good in my life.. smoking was a bad choice. I stopped that 20 years ago and then moved onto alcohol. That was a stupid idea as well. I recently quit alcohol and recently my beloved cat of 17 years old who I devoted my life to.. has just passed on the 4th of January 2024.. I promised him I would never return to alcohol, and I’ve done a lot more praying to the good Lord….. it’s been six weeks now I’ve still haven’t had a drink. I’m finding it a lot easier… and I’ve purchased myself a nice Bible.. and I look forward to continuing to bad habits and continues to help animals.. with the daily prayer

I need prayer to keep me strong because this is where I came from and old habits lived there. I'm not completely in the home town but 5 mins drive away. My husband and I had a really hard time at first and after the hardships it was as if a season of change came and God blessed us with peace and understanding. As of late, I have been bringing the gospel to my brothers who are not in Christ yet. They are starting to understand and they are growing just as I am growing and evangelizing to them. The most troubling thing with my brothers is the constant sin. Though they are slowly coming out of it and expanding there minds to the goodness of our loving GOD, they still make wicked jokes that I have to hold my flesh back from laughing at. (James 3:5-6) Controlling my tongue has felt impossible around them and though I do not cuss or act as they do, I still fall when they make certain jokes and I seek Godly wisdom from my elders in Christ. (Job 12:12) (Proverbs 15:22) Should I stay distant from them as Paul says to the Corinthians or should I remain by there side and guide them to the light and pray that the Lord (Jesus) opens there eyes? After watching this video 3 times, I have learned that someone in my life was trying to help me go down the path of God by completing 3 things on this list and I disregarded what they were saying because it dealt with family and I thought seeing the beauty in this world would help me attract better, but I have realized that I was wrong.
