Einstien was so right when he said "my education was the greatest impediment to my learning" because if there was anything to impede my learning here i think i would be that slave driven part of the world brought about by the "education system" So anyways i really know how much relaxation means so i can really value what you guys are doing and what you know and exercise. Your way of expressing these concepts always attracts me, and nothing, but nothing compares with it-- the tone, the depth of spirituality, I can't put it into words. Your Manifesting Manual is something I can read over and over and soak up. I am in process of making the routine a solid part of my life, and it has made a difference! My anxiety attacks only started recently, dealing with it been tough, scary thoughts crosses the mind when it happens. Been searching the net for calming music and this is the best help so far. I was about to get an attack, the chest started feeling funny etc and came across this started doing the yoga immediately and it helped me overcome the attack. Thank you so much
This is so good. I was having major stress and anxiety, where my heart rate was racing at 154 beats a minute. Just doing yoga breathing calmed me down, and within a few minutes my heart rate had dropped to 84 beats...truly amazing! I thank you for sharing your expertise and knowledge with us. Who knows if we all practiced this daily, we might be able to eradicate stress and anxiety. Thank you and namaste:)

This helps me so much. I have anxiety attacks on a regular bases, especially at night. I've done this only a handful of times but I find it really helps calm me down.
