After spending over half a year in prison, Oliver stops a scheme inside the prison, saves the guards, and exposes that the FBI was never really protecting his family from Diaz which was part of the deal, which gives him enough good PR to be released from prison thanks to Laurel posing as Earth 1 Laurel who was an assistant DA. Afterward Team Arrow operates as the official special task force for the police.

It had to do with who he was with before the boat, and what his life would have continued to look like had he not made the choices he did. Had nothing to do with his feelings for Sara or Laurel. He could never be the man Laurel wanted or loved, because she just wasnt the one for him.

I've seen a lot of Green Arrow comic book origin stories explained on CZcams and in each different origin story I said to myself the Arrow origin is better because it maybe complicated but it gives Oliver a real reason to become Green Arrow. In the comics the reason he became Arrow was never explained!
Season 1 and 2 was best superhero telly ever. Then I struggled through to season 7... with some good moments here and there.. and then sorry to say.... I didn't finish it.
There are other pieces missing involving the timeline including meeting vixen, fighting earth-x even dominators and being in jail revealing who he is and other things but it works
Man I loved this show. Had a good time keeping up with its entire run and the universe and crossovers that was created. It’s pretty cool experiment if you watch all the flashback scenes for each season (CZcams is a big help with this) and then start season 1. You can totally believe Oliver is capable of everything he does as GA. I actually did this when season 4 was airing so I binged only the first 3 seasons of flashbacks

Here's something people forget there was a muliverse so isn't possible there maybe many different versions of Arrow and Oliver Queen there's a real possibility that this Green Arrow wasn't the last or last version the universe of dc heroes have a mix of different characters and not just the same person or as they should be? Every multiple version of the same hero has a different life near to the original but very different well Oliver in one universe might be a few years or older or something completely different and then there there's gender in another Ollie might be female? But I really wonder if the muliverse is finished and is there a cosmic rebalance coming or is there a darkness coming were earth need Oliver Queen again to fight for earths future a darkness called Darkside and his unknown soldier of Doomday?
Definitely need to start watching this show. I tried when season 1 premiered but never got into it. But just last month I watched the Crisis mini-series and now I'm dying to watch Arrow.
Great video overall but I would’ve loved to hear at least a mention that in the season 4 finale Oliver reverted to his old habits when he killed Damian Dhark to avenge Laurel. That was a huge plot point in the following season that I think is big enough to have mentioned

Arrow fell and a hero was reborn to save the universe time and time again Arrow battled force's both on earth and the universe or muliverses he won back he became the universe? Here's something people forget there was a muliverse so isn't possible there maybe many different versions of Arrow and Oliver Queen there's a real possibility that this Green Arrow wasn't the last or last version the universe of dc heroes have a mix of different characters and not just the same person or as they should be? Every multiple version of the same hero has a different life near to the original but very different well Oliver in one universe might be a few years or older or something completely different and then there there's gender in another Ollie might be female? But I really wonder if the muliverse is finished and is there a cosmic rebalance coming or is there a darkness coming were earth need Oliver Queen again to fight for earths future a darkness called Darkside and his unknown soldier of Doomday?
seeing as hes basically god in this new world, they could bring him back at any time.
Definitely need to start watching this show. I tried when season 1 premiered but never got into it. But just last month I watched the Crisis mini-series and now I'm dying to watch Arrow.

Great video overall but I would’ve loved to hear at least a mention that in the season 4 finale Oliver reverted to his old habits when he killed Damian Dhark to avenge Laurel. That was a huge plot point in the following season that I think is big enough to have mentioned

I have stopped while midway through ep 1 or 2. It's so fake. 1 guy was shooting him with an Ak or machine gun and somehow misses all the shots. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
ummm... its a tv show based on a comic book... Also, I dont see how you could think that they are going to kill of the main character in the pilot.

Gonna miss you Ollie! :"( You were awesome, though I gotta re-watch all the seasons of every show because I couldn't keep up after Season 3 or 4 of arrow and Season 2 or 3 of Flash.
ARROW may have been flawed and had it's ups and downs but you can't deny how brilliantly written it was when it was good and had the best character plot and development in all the CW shows.
I AM SO DAMN CONFUSED! 😅 all i wanted to know was the ship flashbacks that Arrow kept having

Just finished watching arrow yesterday. Insane storyline tbh but I was going for Oliver×Laurel till the very end. Sad it didn't happen
A lot of fans agree with you since in the comics, Green Arrow and Black Canary are an item, but despite Green Arrow appearing in 2 live action shows (Smallville and Arrow), he has yet to end up with Black Canary.
The death of Sara didn’t really enrage ra’s, it enraged his daughter, that’s the reason they went to war on the city
