one way for all hindus to congregate and be united is to start having monthly conferences on Indic studies for teens , youths, Elders and 12 year olds in temples.
These will create pooling all the strengths of all Barathyans and creating unity

There is no meritocracy without equal opportunities to everyone. You can't deny that caste system is still flourishing in India. The question we have to ask is how to lower the population of India to provide equal opportunities to everyone than we can have a debate about meritocracy. So Either government take responsibility to provide quality education to all the children of the country or there have to some kind of system or reduce the population. To reduce population the people selfishness and egoism is the major cause.

Although Sashi Tharoor is right to some extent that Hindus aren't supposed to be political since the materialistic world is beneath them, when such a mentality poses a civilisation threat then Chanakya nithi must be followed and practicality must prevail.

Hinduism will struggle as it still lacks a judicial system, you have the individual spirituality as the Israelites of Abraham, but judgement came with Moses in Egypt.
I say Abraham and Sara, are Brahma and Sara, the same spirituality of Jesus coupled with judgementalism, repentance and forgiveness.
