    This saves me a whole bunch of time by washing all my daughters blankets and including my blankets and everything this cuts down the time in half comparing to me staying up until almost 11 o’clock at night finishing every single bit of white sheets, blankets pillows, everything I have stuff in the dryer right now. Just driving for 40 minutes and it’s a lifesaver.

    I know scabies is not the same in several ways.?but a lot of the advice you give helps with my scabies infestation in my family. The scabies are resistant to the medication they give as well and the sticky tape roler is genius’s. If bean doing 40 minutes before using blankets each night. it’s bean one hell of a year

    I am exhausted. My daughter is finishing up 5th grade. Last week she said I am so happy I won’t ever get bugs in my head from other kids. Less than 24 hours later, no joke she comes to tell me her head is itchy. 🤦‍♀️😶😱
    Since that day we treated brushed, checked everything and everyone, brushed everything and everyone, then last night I am thinking we are almost done only to find live lice in her hair again, not just hers but mine too. As of this morning I again brushed 5 heads and cleaned and wiped and washed my mind hurts…….

      I'm so sorry you went through all of that. Lice is so exhausting. Hopefully you've gotten it all out now and it's in your rearview mirror.

    Would I need to flip the mattress or get the side? Also what about a mat in my room?

    • @myliceadvice4403
      @myliceadvice4403  Před 6 měsíci +2

      Lice don't borrow into things such as mattresses, so they'd be just on the top. I typically suggest just either vacuuming the top of the mattress or going over the mattress with a sticky-tape lint roller (like a Scotch roller). If you want to flip your mattress feel free to do that, but its not necessary. The same advice goes for the mat in your room.

    I really need help!!! I'm only a teen and I have it. I'm also a teen who has psoriasis and it makes it a lot harder to get the lice out. We currently have our stuff bagged up in our shed and im stuck on a hammocks in my family room where i had lice only about a few weeks ago. And its really hard to get the nits and lice out of my hair, and we don't have the money to afford the video on your channel. What should I do?

      @EveryThingIsTakenWTF Před měsícem

      I wonder if your doctor can recommend or call you in something to treat that won’t hurt your psoriasis. I hope you are able to get rid of them quickly and it all works out for you.

    • @myliceadvice4403
      @myliceadvice4403  Před 23 dny

      First, I'd recommend getting a really good lice comb. I recommend the nit-free terminator (you can find it on Amazon). When you have psoriasis like that you're better off combing though the hair as it's really difficult to see things with the dandruff the psoriasis causes.

    I don't know what I got , because something is biting me in my house, mostly in bed. I can dry the covers with high heat, but the invisible bugs come back. I even used heat treatments, and the bugs still come back, biting me on my chest and hair and face when I sleep.

    • @myliceadvice4403
      @myliceadvice4403  Před 5 měsíci

      I can't say for sure without seeing the bugs, but that sounds more like bed bugs. Bed bugs come out at night to feed, but go then back into hiding after they feed on you. Bed bugs hiding deep in the mattress, slates, and other parts of the bed, as opposed to the bedding. So, cleaning the bedding won't get rid of them. I recommend you take a good look around on all parts of your bed and mattress and see if you can find a bug and identify it.

    • @myliceadvice4403
      @myliceadvice4403  Před 3 měsíci

      That sounds terrible. I'm so sorry you're dealing with that. Typically if you're dealing with some kind of bug from a dog then it is FLEAS as opposed to head lice. Dogs don't spread head lice. Have you seen the bugs? If it's fleas then you'll see them jumping all over you.
      If you haven't seen any bugs jumping then it's more likely BED BUGS, which are completely different. They only come out at night and bite the heck out of you! If it's bed bugs then it'll take a lot more than this cleaning video. You'll want to reach out to a bed bug exterminator.

    I live in a very hot country, can I just put them to the sun instead of the dryer?

    • @myliceadvice4403
      @myliceadvice4403  Před 23 dny

      Sorry for the late reply. For others with the same question, Yes, you can just put them in a sealed garbage bag outside or in the car. In the car, even if it's only 85 degrees outside the car gets up to 140 degrees after a few hours.
