  • Trends in floral design are somewhat like fashion trends, often going from one extreme to the other. Remember the all-foliage bouquets? They're out! What's "in"? Lush bouquets full of blooms and little to no foliage! In this Flower School How-To Video Leanne shows you how to create a wedding bouquet full of fragrant roses from GardenRosesDirect.com. Enjoy!

It's really interesting that you can create bouquets where you don't miss the foliage, Roxy! Still we do love our foliage and enjoy adding it to each of our arrangements whenever we can. This garden rose wedding bouquet doesn't need any because it is just so beautiful on its own. We're so happy you could stop by to see it and we hope it brings you a little happiness right now. Wishing you a peaceful week and hope to see you Wednesday for Live. Thank you for stopping by and saying hello!

We're definitely foliage people too, Grace! It brings such beauty and texture to arrangements and sometimes fragrance too. Still this garden rose wedding bouquet is a joy to behold and we do love the gorgeous peach color palette as well. Thank you for stopping by to see it and let us know what you think. We hope to see you on Wednesday and we wish you a marvelous week in the meantime!

I would love to see a bridal bouquet made with a wet foam 8 inch globe, Chording and a tassel. The chording drapes over the wrist. With a tassel at the bottom of the globe.

That's a splendid suggestion, Alexa! We will definitely add it to our list of ideas for future shows. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and for watching our show. We hope you enjoyed Leanne's latest creation, this beautiful garden rose wedding bouquet. It was a pleasure to have you join us and we hope you will do so again soon. How do you prevent the hydrangea from wilting. It loves water.

That's an excellent question, Christine! Hydrangeas are thirsty flowers indeed and they do want a lot of water. We do a couple of things with them before we design. We dip them in Quick Dip and in alum (a pickling spice) to insure that they drink a lot of water before they are used in arrangements. That way they will be beautiful for a wedding. We also do our best to keep a bouquet hydrated in a vase up until the very last moment that it is needed. Thank you for stopping by to see our latest video and for saying hello. We hope you have a wonderful week and we wish you the very best in all that you do! P.S. Here is a video about hydrangea care: czcams.com/video/qyMYZSSlqas/video.html
