The one thing that singlehandedly makes this a bad game is the talking flower.
@BoliceOccifer You can easily turn off the flowers dialogue. Keeping the text bubbles. Or you can turn off what they say entirely
Mario Wonder did the impossible, it made water levels actually fun
The bubble power is as fun in Mario as it was in Kirby.
Might it even be as fun as it was in Bubble Bobble?
I personally wasn't a fan of Bubble Kirby since it kind of conflicted with the limited stomach space. Bubble Mario is peak though.

The bubble Power Up is broken but the Cap glide ability can make you climb Walls Infinity with walljumping and then gliding
I mean, you can infinitely climb walls with just the cap glide ability if you do it right. The bubble flower only makes it faster
Just wait until you get the spiderman powerup
The grapple vine ability allows you to infinitely wall jump as well.

I've been thinking about why I like Mario recently, and I think it's due to how whimsical these games can feel. The best Mario games take you on this light hearted adventure with whimsy and childlike wonder (Super Paper Mario being an exception.Game's good, just dark) This game does that feeling damn near perfectly!
Notice how the perpetual jump badge is black and triangular. That means it's a challenge badge. It generally makes levels a bit harder for funsies and give you some additional boost. There's one where you're constantly running and can never stop unless you hit a wall. As a tradeoff, you can walk on the air a bit and even jump in the air. You should try using those because they make most levels a lot more interesting

Yeah, I completed the game 100% already and its always refreshing to witness someone else play it. It fills my heart with joy to see someone else experience the charm of this game (and absolute absurdity too).

After watching so many Party Crashers videos, it's a nice change of pace to see Brent not having to deal with others attempting to sabotage him

Well, I'm sure it has its pros and cons. As someone from a country near the equator and has never seen snow, the heat is pain. Wearing t-shirts and shorts won't cut it much unless it's windy, and at times you gotta wear more proper clothes and move out in the heat all sweaty. It's unhealthy to be in an air conditioned room when you're all sweaty too so you gotta bear with it more to dry out or try not to get too sweaty. There may be times where it doesn't rain for over a month or two too, so it's just hot days all the time without much wind (unless your place is near the ocean or is in the mountains. Fortunately I live near those areas, I see other countries experiencing worse with heat waves... pointing at India with infamous asphalt-melting heat waves... my condolences really..)... Not to mention global warming, whose name literally implies the heat is just getting worse... Regardless though, I'm sure people who grow up in different areas grow more accustomed to their respective climate. Our electric bills eaten up by air cons or heaters haha

Go live a place where summers last for 5 months straight with 40°C average and all hot weather/summer lovers will eat their words and CRAVE for winter time.

I agree! Winter is WORSE than Summer (except for snow and Christmas personally imo) My hand knuckles just suffer trough it because they dry up and sometimes crack and it's not fun forcing me to wear warm gloves sometimes it's not painful but still it's not fun.
