why we try to cheat in a really good game
hey brent did you know that in bean valley you can get a seed and in nimbus land when you beat valentina you go to the right side of the map and just keep walking northeast and if you get to tha top go south east until you walk on nothing and you will see shy away and get fertilizer and go to rose town walk forward give seed and feritilizer to an old man and go outside and climb the beanstalk and you will get mario’s best weapon the lazy shell and dont use lazyshell armor cuz it reduces a lot of damage.

You can also get by keeping three or more alive
Fun fact: The reward you get for saving Seaside Town varies depending on how many times they went to 'torture' the Mayor - a Flower Box if you immediately hand over the Star, but a single coin if it gets to the point where it repeats.
Fun Fact: It’s actually best to give Yaridovich the star as soon as possible because if you keep rejecting him then the reward you get from the Elder keeps decreasing. The reward the elder gives you is a Flower Box but if you keep not giving Yaridovich the star then the reward keeps going down in value
4:42 - This battle was always a game over if you have underleveled run.
4:43 This whole battle reminded me of superstar saga where, for some reason, some regular enemies are way tougher than the actual bosses...

Yaridovich is actually retranslated to Speardovich in the remake, since "yari" means spear in Japanese. Makes sense, although Yari sounds cooler.

R.I.P. even though it is in line with how straightforwardly the most of the other "Smithy Gang" members were translated like Bowyer and the Axem Rangers.
I do like the way Yaridovich sounds personally. Sounds pretty raw. But I can also understand keeping the theme with the names based on the weapons.
In their defense, I had literally no idea how to pronounce Yaridovich as a kid so speardovich is a bet better.

Yeah, JRPG ambush mimic enemies feel like they *always* tend to be extremely rude and lethal, and despite this being one of the easier JRPGs, Hidon is no exception.

Every enemy in this game is just either an eevee or a thing from yugioh
Fun fact: with enough items and preparation, you can face what's behind that mystery door as early as level 25, which you're likely to get before even setting foot in the final area.
Which, considering most players save this as some sort of post-game, certainly makes the actual final boss feel weak by comparison doing it this way. Especially since you'll be around lvl 30 facing the final boss.
wait I just realized you fight a Big blooper on ALMOST EVERY Paper Mario after RPG.
Paper mario 64 we fight like 2 or 3 different bloopers as the game progresses in toad town
TTYD: the big blooper guardian chapter 1's pipe
SPM: World 3-2 boss since it is an entire underwater level
Sticker sar: the sponge thing gimmick blooper
Color splash: apparently that didnt happend and broke the tradition ;/
Origami king: The paper mache blooper in the princess peach boar
Brent idk if you’ve already done the Easter egg and I’m sure many people have said this, but if you’re gonna do it while underleveled would recommend at least getting the lazy shells first.

From what I remember about the shark boss fight, is that if you kill all of his minions with nothing left to summon, he'll force you to fight the boss with just Mario one-on-one.
