How to add email accounts to Mozilla Thunderbird

I did have two separate email accounts. Now after resetting PC I can't figure out how that was done. Why is it so hard to find out how to do this.

If you have more then one account, is there a way to rearange the list on the left? Can I move the last account name on the left to the top?

I keep getting an error message that says the user name and/or password is incorrect. It is not I can log in to my email account directly so I know for sure the password and user name is correct. I like Thunderbird and have used it up till this problem pop up.

Depending on the email service provider, you may need to authorize Thunderbird to access those email accounts. They often provide a specific password for Thunderbird to use.

i have a THUNDERBIRD MOZILLA account. I want to create an email for my colleague with the same custom domain but his name for him not me. Can u assist? and no I dont want him to create a GMAIL etc for himself.
