Thank you. I suffer severe leg cramp pains. The products I use are very expensive. This will save me money. I can't thank you enough.
Make sure you take potassium and have enough salt also. I use to get leg cramps so bad I would scream.. l would have bruises all over from these leg cramps. I take magnesium pills and potassium pills works better then the spray in my opinion
I didn't know about magnesium oil. I do take magnesium supplements every evening and it does help me sleep better. Thanks for sharing!
I’m going to do this tomorrow!
Thanks Jinny
Awesome vid. Thanks
I’ve been using sprays for awhile for my restless legs. I didn’t realize it’s this easy…now I’ll make my own. Thank you!
Wonderful, thank you for teaching us! 💗🌿
Thank you! I am going to try it.

This will be very helpful, thank you
Very interesting. Thank you.
Thank you!
This is great knowledge to have , Thank You🙏🏻😘
I didn't know that about the magnesium , Thank you for the share Jinne
Thank you.
Thank you for sharing this !! I know an individual that is selling these size for just under $13 dollars !! I will definitely be ordering the supplies.
Thanks for this video. I buy a magnesium cream which helps but I'm trying this out for sure ❤
I take magnesium daily I had no idea it can be absorbed thru your skin!! Thank you for this information!!
Wow, we take magnesium tabs, thank you
Thank you, I use magnesium gell, very expensive. I will do this from now on. God bless you
It’s supposed to be good for migraines and cholesterol I just read. I definitely need to try this. 😊 thanks for sharing.
Thanks! When I went to the hospital for emergency surgery they said my blood work was good but low magnesium. Just made a batch!
Good video , thanks for sharing YAH bless !
Hi Jinne 👋🏻
Hi Maria 👋
You need to use magnesium CHLORIDE, so many people try to use Epsom salt
This stuff makes AMAZING deodorant!
I'm glad that I watched the very end because I kept wondering,, "How many sprays and what does it taste like?" 🤔🤣
There's an 8 POUND bag of this exact brand for $30 on Amazon RN!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
I rub it on my feet at night, helps me sleep and helps with the neuropathy in my feet
Thank you, Jinne! I made magnesium cream to put on my husband's legs, and I didn't get the wax all melted, so the liquid is separating from the solids😩! Maybe this would be the better way to go.
This is great . I have the salts for the bath but due to energy prices in UK I just have very quick showers these days. I have made some up and will be using it for my restless legs. Thank you for your many good ideas. Just wish our Poundland shops in the uk were as well stocked with items as your Dollar stores seem to be. Very few good food items, just op and snack type stuff it seems to me.
Boil water, add to cold water in a plastic basin and soak your feet 20 minutes daily.
Hi Lady Rockstar.
Great video.
You should do more of these kinds of home remedy videos. They're really interesting.
Thanks again.
This sounds so easy. Thanks for sharing. But is there any oil added?
Hi Golden.
No, the "oil" is the end product.
Where do you buy the 4oz. spray bottles? Loved the video, than you so much!! ❤🙏🏻
Rub on the bottom of your feet, absorbs into your body !
I would give my husband Magnesium when he was a lineman. The towers they would build are usually in the desert and temperatures would pass 115' and they would wirk 10 hr days. N9 matter how much water and Gatorade they woukd drink many couldn't stay hydrated. But Magnesium helped with that.
I wouldn't recommend this to someone who retains fluid though or heart meds. I'd definitely consult a doctor first.
Thank you for this; I definitely will give this a try soon! I do have a trivial question: why is this called an oil when the only other ingredient used is water?
It feels oily.
I have been taking magnesium tablets for several years since I suffered a back injury. I would wake up with sevete muscle spasms in my upper back, legs and feet ( had those prior to back injury). I was also prescribed a muscle relaxer. I am still awakened at night ( or daytime, since that is usually my "bedtime") occasionally, so I may give this a try. Thank you.
I know when I’m low on magnesium because I suffered from extreme toe cramping and leg cramps that woke me up at night. Also, just having my feet under a blanket could cause my toes to cramp. Doctor recommended magnesium but the tablet were too big for me to swallow. I bought magnesium spray but generally used it when I got a cramp. In the dark of night I would be spraying it on my legs, feet and toes. I didn’t just spray it as a preventative because it was so expensive. This is going to make a huge difference for me. I’ll make it myself and spray after showers. I also got some liquid magnesium which I put on juice at night before bed. It tastes horrible. Lol.
@@twinfin8571 Were you taking tablets or soft gels. The soft gels may be easier for you to take even though they are large.
What’s do you think of the 3 in 1 bag of magnesium? If you don’t really know what you need, could I benefit from that bag?
Can you ad essentiel oil to it?
Can I add an essential oil?
how many sprays do you take per day? i’ve been taking 600 mils a day in pills and I’m wondering how many space I should use now?
I wonder.... is potassium also absorbed through the skin? Could it be missed with the magnesium?
I wonder too
How long does it usually last for it goes bad?
I have terrible leg cramps almost every night... where do you spray it... on your legs or what.. do you have a link... is it from amazon?. im going to try this... thank you!
Spray it right on the cramping muscle and massage.
Did I miss what kind of oil and how much to add?
Hi Sandra.
There is NO oil. The "oil" is the end product.
Equal parts Magnesium Chlorate ( Jinne used a quarter cup) and boiling water.
Put in spray bottle and allow to cool.
I'm confused. This is magnesium oil, but you made it with water? Please explain.
Magnesium oil has always been water based, if you buy magnesium oil it isn't oily rather a watery solution, word "oil" used to confuse me as well before using magnesium oil
Where is the oil part?
Hi Lisa.
The oil part is the name of the product you end up with.
It's Magnesium Chlorate dissolved in boiling water and allowed to cool.
@dandycat2204 thank you!
@@lisapop5219
No problem 👍👍👍
Where do you purchase Ancient Minerals? Thank you for sharing.
Hi Tilly.
That's just the brand name.
Look up Magnesium Chlorate.
@@dandycat2204 thank you.
no link to Magnesium Oil
No, it's a homemade recipe.
If you want to buy it look up Magnesium Chlorate.
Magnesium Chlorate
@@stevetrapp1095
Yep, that's the stuff.
Is magnesium salt the same as epsom salt🤷♀️
It is if it's Magnesium Chlorate. But I think Epsom Salt is Mg Sulphate, but it will tell you on the box.
You want Chlorate, NOTHING else.
@@dandycat2204 Bag show that it's magnesium chloride.
@@linda487nc
Hi Linda, no it's not the same.
You want Chlorate.
The good news, though, Epsom Salts are very good for reviving plants, so not all is lost.
