    This is great . I have the salts for the bath but due to energy prices in UK I just have very quick showers these days. I have made some up and will be using it for my restless legs. Thank you for your many good ideas. Just wish our Poundland shops in the uk were as well stocked with items as your Dollar stores seem to be. Very few good food items, just op and snack type stuff it seems to me.

    I would give my husband Magnesium when he was a lineman. The towers they would build are usually in the desert and temperatures would pass 115' and they would wirk 10 hr days. N9 matter how much water and Gatorade they woukd drink many couldn't stay hydrated. But Magnesium helped with that.
    I wouldn't recommend this to someone who retains fluid though or heart meds. I'd definitely consult a doctor first.

    I have been taking magnesium tablets for several years since I suffered a back injury. I would wake up with sevete muscle spasms in my upper back, legs and feet ( had those prior to back injury). I was also prescribed a muscle relaxer. I am still awakened at night ( or daytime, since that is usually my "bedtime") occasionally, so I may give this a try. Thank you.

    • @twinfin8571
      @twinfin8571 Před 6 měsíci

      I know when I’m low on magnesium because I suffered from extreme toe cramping and leg cramps that woke me up at night. Also, just having my feet under a blanket could cause my toes to cramp. Doctor recommended magnesium but the tablet were too big for me to swallow. I bought magnesium spray but generally used it when I got a cramp. In the dark of night I would be spraying it on my legs, feet and toes. I didn’t just spray it as a preventative because it was so expensive. This is going to make a huge difference for me. I’ll make it myself and spray after showers. I also got some liquid magnesium which I put on juice at night before bed. It tastes horrible. Lol.

      There is NO oil. The "oil" is the end product.
      Equal parts Magnesium Chlorate ( Jinne used a quarter cup) and boiling water.
      Put in spray bottle and allow to cool.
